This lovely family house is set over 2 floors and sleeps 7 people comfortably in a quiet neighbourhood in London with plenty of green spaces, cafés and pubs on its doorstep, and with good transport links, reaching Oxford Street within 30 minutes.

LIVING ROOM
Enter the house onto the small corridor and find the comfortable living area on the right hand side which offers 2 sofas, an armchair, a TV and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing with friends and family. The room is tastefully decorated with statement pieces of artwork, lamps and flowers.

KITCHEN
The spacious kitchen is located on the ground floor, next to the living room and is fully equipped with all the necessary utilities needed for a comfortable stay, such as hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, ovens and dishwasher. A large island with stools is nicely placed in the middle of the space serving as a breakfast bar or as a generous worktop for the chef. The dining table sits 6-8 people with views of the garden.

WC & UTILITY AREA
The utility room is located next to the kitchen and features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a WC and a single wash basin.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is situated on the first floor and is fitted with a super king sized bed, bedside lamps, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There are 2 chairs by the bay window, perfect for relaxing with a good book.

SECOND BEDROOM
Next to the master bedroom fitted with a double bed, a small fireplace, large TV, and a chest of drawers. There is a futon sofa, which can sleep 1 additional guest.

THIRD BEDROOM
This bedroom is situated on the first floor and is perfect for families traveling with children, offering 1 single bed and plenty of toys, although adults are welcome to sleep here as well. There is a child-size desk and chair opposite the bed.

STUDY
A lovely, calming room with cool blue walls, a single bed, and a desk and chair. This room is situated on the first floor as well.

FAMILY BATHROOM
The bathroom is situated on the first floor, next to the bedrooms, and is fitted with a combined bath tub and shower, a WC and a single wash basin.

GARDEN
The private garden can be accessed through the kitchen’s glass sliding doors and is features 2 benches, perfect for relaxing with a book and a tea on a sunny day.
