EL VAIXELL on the beautiful island of Ibiza, is located in a privileged location, on a hill and surrounded by vegetation with plenty of pines from the terrace you can see the sea and the mythical island of Es Vedra, is within walking distance Cala Vadella beach (5 minutes drive), a creek of clear water, with hammocks and several bars and restaurants and a new beach club, close to other beautiful coves like Cala D'Hort, Cala Bassa beach club with its CBBC, Cala Conte ... EL VAIXELL Very comfortable with great charm, is a wonderful spot just ten minutes away from the beach (Cala Vadella) outside of the busy town and it´s often referred to as one of Spain´s best kept secrets. It is quiet and peaceful, yet only 30 minutes away from the main and largest interest points in the island, such as: Ibiza (town), Las Salinas, San Rafael, the airport. The little villa is built in the Ibiza white characteristic style, is 70m square and has three terraces with views to Es Vedra and the sunset over the Mediterranean sea. Fabulous host, great location

Wonderful, peaceful and comfortable

Belen is a thoughtful host and her apartment was in a lovely location. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space which is made up of four terraces which were perfect for dinner outside, sunbathing and enjoying the sunsets.

Very calm stay in a beautiful accommodation

The house consists of 3 flats, 2 for rent and in the other Belen, our host, lives. We rented #315. Belen is a very attentive host, e.g., asking if everything is okay without being intrusive. The towels are exchanged every 5 days. And beach towels and parasols are available. We can highly recommend this accomodation.

Exccelente lugar para desconectar y conocer diferentes calas

Apartamento acogedor de estilo Ibizenco, bien equipado en una urbanización muy tranquila. Desde sus terrazas se disfrutan atardeceres espectaculares. Anfitriona siempre pendiente de que todo marche bien durante nuestra estancia, y a su vez muy respetuosa de nuestra privacidad . Volvería a alquilarlo sin ninguna duda!

Schön gelegenes Apartment

Schöne großzügige Terrasse, zum Frühstücken/Abendessen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut gelegen, parken ist kostenlos vor der Tür möglich. Busverbindungen ist nicht gegeben. Mit dem Auto 5min zum SPAR. 4 min zur nächstgelegenen Bucht.

Un super logement vacances

Nous avons passe une semaine juste magnifique grâce à Belén et son super logement. La vue, les différentes terrasses, le blanc omniprésent, et surtout la qualité de l'accueil et des échanges sur les adresses de l'île. Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre semaine de vacances. Bel endroit mais attention

L'appartement est très joli, dans le style d'Ibiza et Belen, l'hôte, très disponible. Toutefois attention, tout l'appartement n'est pas climatisé, juste le salon. La chambre est une fournaise lorsqu'il fait chaud. Nous avons eu une coupure d'eau pendant plus de 24h et nous avons trouvé l'hôte un peu fuyant quant aux solutions à notre disposition. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver un hôtel de dépannage en dernière minute. En revanche, idéalement situé, l'appartement dispose de jolies terrasses bien agréables. Tout est joliment meublé et confortable.

Absolument parfait !

Tout était absolument parfait. La maison est très joliment décorée et impeccablement propre. Les petites terrasses très agréables et bien orientées, équipée de transats et d’une table pour les repas. Très jolie vue et très calme . Merci à Belen pour son excellent accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous avons hâte de revenir.

Wonderful stay.

This home is a hidden Jewel. Belen is a wonderful host. We felt her joy of her home. The details in the home are beautiful. We can't wait to go back. A little place in heaven.

Belen was lovely and the place was clean and comfortable. Easy access to multiple beaches and hikes was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend for a getaway or even a work from anywhere option!

Entorno privilegiado

La situación del alojamiento es una gozada, en una zona tranquila, lejos de masificado de otras zonas, donde estás rodeados de pinos, la cala a unos 10 min andando de bajada y prácticamente el doble de vuelta, ya que la subida es pronunciada. La casa amplia para 2 personas, donde se disfruta mucho de la terraza y la espectacular puesta de Sol. En contrapartida eche en falta tener a/a en el dormitorio, aunque si había un ventilador, ya que la casa es calurosa. Belén muy amable, con la suerte además de que tiene su residencia en el mismo complejo, así que si la necesitas ahí está. Satisfecho con la estancia

Amazing sunset

La casa di Belen è molto bella e arredata in stile bohemien che rispecchia in toto la sua personalità estrosa ed originale. Dotata di ogni confort, anche la smart tv e la lavastoviglie. Ha due ampi balconi, uno dei quali gode di un tramonto meraviglioso e uno scorcio di vista sul mare. La posizione è buona, nella parte ovest dell’isola, la cala più vicina, Cala Vedella molto bella, è solo a 5 min di macchina, da lì poi se si prosegue si trovano le cale più belle dell’isola, cala d’carbó, cala Tarida, cala Comte, cala Salada, cala Bassa.... l’alloggio è in posizione tranquillissima in una zona residenziale, si dorme meravigliosamente bene. Il supermercato non è vicinissimo ma comunque a 10 minuti di macchina a san Josep. La consiglio per chi vuole godere una vacanza rilassante ad Ibiza e desideroso di scoprire soprattutto la parte marittima. Noi quando torneremo ad ibiza, di sicuro torneremo qui. Grazie a Belen per l’ospitalità e la gentilezza con cui ci ha accolto. Sara

Super host en prachtig appartement

We hebben 6 dagen genoten in het appartement van Belen. Een heel mooi compleet ingericht appartement met veel sfeer. Het terras met uitzicht op zee maakt het helemaal compleet. Daarnaast is Belen een echte host die je voorziet van tips als je daarom vraagt. Kortom een echte aanrader.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir sind schon oft auf Ibiza gewesen und waren im Mai 2019 für 10 Tage zu Gast in Belen's Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist ruhig am Hang gelegen, so dass man fantastisch schlafen und auf dem Balkon und der Terasse wunderbar entspannen kann. Dort steht ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Küche zum Kochen voll ausgestattet, damit man sich gut selbst verpflegen kann. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein bequemes Bett und ein großer Kleiderschrank. Das Duschbad verfügt über Handtücher und Föhn und es steht ein Sonnenschirm (Zb für den Strand) zur Verfügung. Belen ist sehr liebevoll, sympathisch und zuverlässig und wohnt in der Wohnung nebenan, sodass man sich bei Fragen problemlos an sie wenden kann. Für zwei Personen (evtl. + Kind), die eine Wohngegend bevorzugen, die nicht touristisch überlaufen ist, ist diese Wohnung genau richtig. Die schönen Strände Calla Vadella und Calla d' Hort erreicht man nach nur wenigen Fahrminuten. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich für die Fahrt vom Flughafen, für Einkäufe und zum restlichen Entdecken der Insel. Nach 5-10 Fahrminuten ist man in dem schönen Örtchen Sant Josep (mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, Bankautomaten usw), nach ca 20 Fahrminuten in Eivissa oder Sant Antonio. Wir können diese Wohnung absolut zu 100% weiter empfehlen und wünschen allen zukünftigen Urlaubern eine tolle Zeit in Belens Haus!
