New apartment, with large terrace and barbecue, 500 meters from the beach. Inserted in a house of 8 apartments is located in the center of the Costa de Caparica. With all the communities of your own home. Washing machine, dishwasher, cable TV, Wifim, microwave and all kitchen utensils. It includes a private outdoor space with barbecue and dining table. 500 meters from the beach and is about 5 minutes drive from the ferry that goes to Lisbon. Why they chose this property

The apartment is located just 400 meters from the city center and 500 meters from the beach. Large esplanades, bars, nightclubs and a pontoon that invites to a pleasant walk next to the sea, indicates to us the proximity of the beach. Nearby we can enjoy a spectacular landscape area, a real masterpiece of nature carved by the waves of the sea and drawn by the winds, is the Protected Landscape of Arriba Fossil of Costa da Caparica.

The impressive landscape of the Costa de Caparica invites you to make great walks. The seafront promenade separates the town of Costa da Caparica from the sea. A series of spikes built to protect the village from the fury of the sea, have between each a large succession of small beaches.
