Enjoy wonderful water views and breath-taking sunsets while relaxing on the oversized deck of this adorable 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Cathedral ceilings, spiral staircase, hardwoods and tile throughout add to the open charm of this adorable home. Central air ensures you are kept cool on a hot summer night. Just minutes away from area beaches, the Block Island Ferry, numerous restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
First floor consists of open kitchen, dining, and living area in addition to a TV room with a pull out couch that sleeps two. There is also one full bathroom and two bedrooms with full sized beds on the first floor. Washer and Dryer are located on the first floor. Spiral staircase leads to second floor with full bath, sitting area, and one bedroom with queen-sized bed.
There is a great yard for all of those summer games and cookouts with family and friends.
This home features water access for kayaking, fishing, and clamming. Activities that all can enjoy are relaxing at one of the many beaches, swimming, boogie boarding, playing tennis, miniature golfing, biking, dining out, grilling, and much more! There is a playground one block away, with access to baseball field, tennis courts, and basketball court.

Great Location
Location is a big plus, close to shopping and beaches. View of sunsets over pond from upper level was beautiful. Bathrooms and showers are very small. One bedroom adjoined another apartment and we were generally awakened at 6:00am. Other than that everything was as was outlined in the listing.

After staying here in 2023 we happily returned in 2024. We love its quiet neighborhood, immaculate condition, up-to-date appliances and furnishings, and private backyard and deck with awesome views of sunset over a salt water pond.Up- and downstairs AC was wonderful during a couple of warm nights. Beaches begin no more than a five-minute car ride away, with several more within 20 minutes. The owner has really done a great job creating a comfortable, immaculate place to use for enjoying the best of Rhode Island.

Lovely home in nice location
We felt immediately like home when we entered the house. Everything you need is there. We liked the location. It’s quiet with a beautiful view. It’s a 20min walk to the beach. We did it several times with kids 7,8,10 and 11, and no complains. Dawn was very responsive when we had a question. Would go back again.

Clean, comfortable & near beaches
Dawn's place worked out just right for our group of four -- my wife and I, and our daughter & boyfriend. It was clean, very quiet and with plenty roomy for the four of us, whether for cooking, making lunches or hanging out in the evenings. It's also within five minutes of Scarborough and Wheeler state beaches -- both excellent. We thought the views of Pt. Judith Pond were better than the ones shown in the listing, especially from the very light and airy upstairs. The a.c. worked perfectly, as did all of the house systems (the hot water might actually have been too hot ... so watch out). We heard next to nothing from the adjoining, well-screened unit ... ditto from other houses in this nice residential neighborhood. We'd be happy to return!

Perfect 4th of July!
We have relatives in Narragansett and booked this cottage to be close for the holiday. It was perfect for our family! Quiet road, beautiful view from upstairs, well appointed. Teenagers appreciated having their own rooms. Highly recommend!

AMAZING
Dawn Everything was truly amazing. Accommodation were fantastic!!! My only "issue" and I mean only, the light switches and lamps. Never really figured out what switch turned on what and most of the bulbs in the lamps didnt work That is truly it!! Please let me know if you a small house or cottage thanks again Tina Cassidy

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The patio offered a view of a pond. Unfortunately it was slightly obstructed by the neighbor’s fence. Nonetheless there were some beautiful sunsets. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Family vacation 2022
I had an amazing week with my children and grandchildren. Made lots of awesome memories. The house is beautiful and was very clean. Location was perfect. I walked to the beach in the morning to watch the beautiful sunrise. The back deck sunsets were beautiful.

Beautiful location
We had an amazing week sharing the place with our families. The house was clean, well stocked and the deck & view were amazing! The host was very accessible, we had a minor issue with the shower valve and she has someone there to repair it within minutes. Great location, we loved walking around the neighborhood and it was a 5 min ride to the beach. We got a beach season pass so we never had to wait in line. We hope to return next year.

Great views and good value
This was a great property for this price point. The views from the deck are beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The layout and size of bedrooms worked really well for our family. The master bedroom has a great mattress. The two full size beds were not quite as comfortable but we anticipated this and had packed memory foam toppers so everyone was sleeping well. The owner has done a great job with the decorating. It feels bright and cheerful and very beachy! The couple that live in the attached apartment were very quiet and we really had no idea we were sharing the house. One downside to this property is the lack of air conditioning. We had a week where temps were in the 70’s and it was cloudy so it wasn’t to much of an issue but the few days it was sunny it got pretty warm in there quick. The owner was very responsive to text and when the dryer wasn’t working she had the handyman there within a few hours. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend.

Nice quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The sunsets are gorgeous! We spent most of the time outside on the deck enjoying the nice weather. Lovely home!

Relaxing Stay
My daughter and I are from RI so this was a visit home for us. We truly enjoyed our stay in this rental. It was stocked with all the comforts of home. The sunsets were beautiful. Easy access to groceries, beaches and highways. It does not have AC, which worried us for a stay in August, but it was not and issue. The sea breeze and fans were all that we needed to stay comfortable. Loved the beachy decorations. Would definitely stay here again.
