Perfect house in peaceful neighborhood

We were having a family reunion close to this house, so the neighborhood was perfect for us. The kitchen was well outfitted and worked out well for a large family dinner. I loved the floor plan of the house and although we were stunned at how all the fees added up, we will most likely be back, just because the location and house were so perfect. We were grateful for a pet friendly house as well!

Comfortable and great location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and spacious with a ground floor bedroom and full bath that worked well for my sister in law who has a hard time with stairs. Fenced yard perfect for her dog. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on those very cold days right before the holiday. Very convenient to those we visited in Windsor and Severance.

Just like home

This very cozy home was perfect for our stay in Fort Collins. It had everything we needed to be together yet have our own space. I especially enjoyed having tea and reading on the front porch in the early mornings. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood!

Perfect fit for our CSU graduation needs

Our daughter graduated from CSU and we needed a place to host family and friends. This house fit our needs perfectly and any questions I had were quickly answered. Beautiful location and 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 well kept bathrooms gave us all the space we needed to unwind after a long trip.

Great location,cleanliness and communication with property owner. Negatives were 2 of the beds were very noisy every turn made a squeaking noise. Wish the master had a king bed
