Nestled within its own garden plot, surrounded by mature woodland at the award-winning Kelling Heath Holiday Park and complimented by a decked outdoor seating area, this caravan is a peaceful holiday location at any time of the yearGround floor: Steps leading into covered decked with 2 armchairs, with front door opening into open plan Kitchen/Lounge/diner: with TV/DVD player, two sofas and dining table, patio doors leading onto deck. Kitchen: amenities to include gas hob and gas oven, fridge with freezer box and microwave. TWO bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom with 2'6 beds and 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower, WC and wash basin. Family shower room with WC and washbasin. Sofa bed available in lounge (please advise if you need this to be made up, upon booking).
Please note: Outside: deck with seating and enclosed garden. Amenities: parking space. Location: beach 2.0 miles, local site amenities to include: indoor/outdoor swimming pool, restaurant and shop 5-minute stroll. 2 x well-behaved dogs welcome @ £20.00 per pet, per week. Greenshores

It’s our fifth time staying at Greenshores and we’ve always loved it. Our daughter and partner came to stay for the first two nights and are hoping to come again next time. There’s never been an issue with anything and is good value for money. There was only a couple of things I wanted to mention which is there wasn’t much hand soap left for us in either bathroom and only 3 small toilet rolls. We had booked for 7 nights. The garden we know is a wild garden but is looked a lot more unkept than it has done over previous years. The decking area had to be swept and washed cleaned which is one of the stipulations for guests that we have to do before we leave and an ash try was left full of cigarettes on decking table so it didn’t feel it was as prepared for guests staying there this time. Over all we were happy with the stay again though. Thank you.

Green Shores

We had a great time and found all concerned very helpful. Though we had a slight problem with the central heating pilot light light cutting out we were able to cope with it with the aid of the instruction sheet provided, and were able to report it direct to the owner. Kelling Heath itself is a great place to stay, with lots of walks and wildlife. Recommended!

A very good budget

My Husband and I first time to Norfolk and we were under the impression it was very dog friendly. Enclosed garden wasn't suitable for a medium sized dog there was no where for him to play, it was all gravel and muck. There seemed to be plenty of open green spaces that could be fenced off for a dog park. Overall you got what you paid for.

Deer deer and squirrels!

Great place to chill out in the woods. Only negative point was the shower which I was unable to adjust to give a warm enough temperature.

Kelling Heath - Green Shores

Wonderfully placed accommodation in rural settings. Nice and quiet. Lots of wildlife. Lots of great walks/runs to go on. Safe for children to cycle round. Good location to explore other areas of Norfolk.

Matured couple stay at "Green Shores"

We found Green Shores caravan to be very, very comfortable. The unique set up of having the bedrooms at each end of the caravan, and each having their own a separate shower and toilet was very convenient. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable and with lots of space for your clothes. The living area and kitchen also very unique in the set up which really worked well for us. Nice big enclosed area all round the caravan and plenty room for parking, and situated in a very nice location. Having the entrance porch is so very useful, especially when coming back in with the dog etc. We have had many holidays in caravans at Kelling Heath and would rate Green Shores has being one of the most comfortable we have stayed in.

Peaceful Holiday Park

The caravan is based in a peaceful and idyllic location with beaches and other attractions within a short drive away. The caravan decking area at the side of the property was broken and needs replacing. There is wear and tear to the exterior doors from and we had difficulty with the door lock. This could do with looking at asap. The grounds which the caravan is situated could do with a good weed and tidy up. It looks neglected. Inside the caravan it had everything you could have thought of which was great. The bed was really comfortable and the peaceful location enabled a good nights sleep. Certain area's of the caravan such as the doors and walls could do with a good clean down but overall we had a lovely week away, helped by the fact we had great weather. I would point out that we had problems with the tv aerial. On numerous occasions we had keep re installing the tv channels as the tv kept loosing it's signal and pixelating which was really annoying. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it was value for money. However a little TLC in certain area's would not go a miss.

Lovely time

We had a wonderful time in a static caravan at Kelling Heath, set in a good quiet location, we did stay in the same place last year as well, we knew it was a nice caravan and great location and we could take our dog, Keys very good to book with.
