Spend your next vacation in our stunning 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom luxury home while enjoying the Gulf of Mexico as your backyard! Paradise at it's finest !

You will enjoy daily visits from dolphins, sting rays, and the occasional manatee. The private dock is the perfect place to fish or crab. There is a Jacuzzi that waterfalls into a beautiful large swimming pool, pool heat not available in summer months . There is a large screened in lanai overlooking the scenic Gulf waters.. The house is fully furnished home with a living room, den and a fully equipt, eat-in open kitchen. Dining areas located inside and outside both upstairs and downstairs. Relaxing outdoor fire pit with seating. The entire space sleeps 6 people only no exceptions please or $1,000 security deposit will be forfeited . No pets .The house is located in a peaceful and private location . The area is perfect for kayaking ( 4 kayaks), swimming by the sandbar, scalloping, crabbing, and fishing , bicycling (2 bikes) or just sitting by the pool, soaking up the Florida sunshine. The closest beach is Pine Island it is a smaller family beach on the gulf. Kayak down the Weeki Wachee river with the manatees . Propane grill on second floor deck, propane is guests responsibility , fire pit (wood not provided)




Whether you're looking for a spot for your next scalloping trip, fishing excursion, kayaking adventure, bike riding , family get together, or a relaxing escape, this is the perfect spot . Close to Disney, Busch Gardens and Homosassa Springs if you'd like to swim with the Manatees. Right around the corner from Weeki Wachee Springs ( Home of the live Mermaid Show) In-shore and Off-shore fishing Charters available. Enjoy the amazing local cuisine our many restaurants available here in Hernando Beach. Some of which will cook your catch straight from our waters. It doesn't get any fresher than that. $550.00 per night with a 3 nite minimum stay. No discounts during peak holiday months and scallop season.Located on the Nature Coast, Gulf of Mexico. NO pets, NO early check in or late check out please or you will be charged another night's rent. Thank you ! Due to the last flood and hurricane the dock was damaged . We hope to have it repaired as soon as possible. There is plenty of room to fish/crab or enjoy the views .

Family Spring Break Trip 2025

Overall, the home was a nice stay for our family. The variety of activities provided us with different things to do each day. The managing staff was friendly and available by text if needed. This is a good slow paced location with water access/views, a pool, game room, and plenty of space.The area is rebuilding from the latest storm. Everyone we talked to was very nice and banding together to rebuild as a community. Shopping is close by. Restaurants were good and pretty busy at times.Home - Very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, kitchen items, toiletries, etc. Beds were comfy and there are several bathrooms. The exterior could use a bit of TLC in some areas. The screened porches are a bit older.Water - We saw dolphins off the dock several days, as they swam through the channel looking for food. We even took the kayaks out to get a closer look.Views of the water and sunsets were great. The dock is awaiting repair. Not much water access without it. There is a small kayak launch.Pool - Was pretty big and had an attached hot tub for easy in/out. If you would like to adjust the temp of the hot tub, you'll need to get maintenance to come.Game Room - Had a pool table and foosball table. We spent quite a bit of time in this room. The ping pong table pictured is not included, which we looked forward to.Fishing - Poles were available in the garage to fish off the dock. We got tips from the bait shop on local areas.We'd consider this location again.

Loved it

The house was everything we wanted and more. We came down for my Aunt’s 80th birthday and the fact it had an elevator made it easy for the older people to visit us. The only bad thing was that the dock is in the process of being repaired due to Helene and Milton damage. Great communication with the property manager. I recommend this place to anyone. Just wish the weather would have been better.

Beautiful, very well appointed home!

We chose to stay at The Oasis because it has an elevator due to one in our party being in a wheelchair. Although the elevator was almost too small for the power chair, it worked well for a smaller transition chair. The home is very clean and is the most well-appointed short-term rental we have ever stayed in. I have learned to pack a lot of household essentials to take with us. Although almost everything I packed was not necessarily needed as it was already provided for in the house. The home has a lot of space and it's very open. Even though the dock has been destroyed in one of the last hurricanes, the access to the canals via the kayak ramp was still available. The enclosed pool & hot tub area was absolutely wonderful! We 100% loved our stay at The Oasis! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home with lots of amenities

We just did a long weekend getaway. The home was great and provided a lot of amenities. Pool, jacuzzi, grill, full kitchen, fire pit, pool table were all used. Carol was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Very nice property; very well appointed

My son, daughter-in-law, grandchildren and I were in the Weeki Wachee area for a beloved family reunion. This home was perfect for our stay... large, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. My grandchildren very much enjoyed the pool, and the home has beautiful views of the gulf. My only recommendation would be the check-in procedure. We received a four-digit entry code via email. The front door has a keypad, but the code did not work on the door keypad. My son noticed a keypad on the garage door, and we were able to gain entry through the garage... but only because my son was familiar with the type keypad that was on the garage. The entry instructions should really state that the code is for the garage door and that you must enter the code and press "Enter" to open the door. It worked out fine for us, but we did have a moment of panic when we arrived and could not get in the front door. Overall, we had a 5-star experience.

Perfect for our Group

We loved this property and this house worked out perfectly for our group of seven. There was enough common space to be together and plenty of other quiet space for privacy, if desired. Our favorite was the pool and hot tub area along with the canal waterway! Had fun watching the birds, dolphins, fish and even a manatee. Caught one blue crab in the traps that are onsite but decided after naming him we would let him go. :-) This home was very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped (including spices) and there were plenty of towels which were also in great condition. Carol was very easy to work with and accommodating during the reservation process. I will say this house is difficult for anyone with mobility issues, i.e. wheelchair or scooter. We did end up making some ramps that would allow moving through the doorways which had large frames that you had to step over. We did leave them onsite and hopefully they will keep them there for others. The elevator inside was extremely appreciated. We were also a bit disappointed with the lower level game room area. The lighting isn't good and it's just not a comfortable area - which is very different than the rest of the house. The slot machines didn't work and the video games weren't great. We appreciated the twice weekly garbage pickup but note there isn't recycling. We took our recyclables to the local recycling center, which wasn't far away. All in all our stay was fantastic and we would recommend!

Best property manager we’ve ever stayed with

We’ve been going to Florida with one or two other couples the last 5 years. This is the best property we’ve stayed at. The manager was very prompt with her communication and the house was very clean and had everything! Bikes, kayaks, pool table, ping pong, hot tub, pool, fishing poles…..everything was great and exactly as described! We usually pick a different VRBO each year but we’ve decided to go back to this one the next few years if it’s available.

Excellent Family Vacation Home

This property is exactly as pictured and described! The home is very spacious, the kitchen is stocked full of all the essentials plus more, and the outside amenities are amazing. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, private dock, and even tried out fishing and using the crab pots. Having private bathrooms attached to the bedrooms was such a bonus for our adult children. And the elevator was an absolute bonus. We did have a few issues arise during our stay but both Carol and Bill were very attentive and addressed everything immediately. They were both so eager to help and pleasant to work with. We absolutely loved the location and enjoyed seeing the dolphins swim by our dock almost daily. The local restaurants were fantastic and served some of the best shrimp and scallops we’ve ever had. Next time we visit Florida, we definitely plan to stay here again.

Xmas with family

Overall, the place was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty to see and do, we just didn't have enough time to enjoy it all. The pool did have an issue, but Bill the maintenance contact was very responsive and did his best to try and fix it but a part still hadn't arrived. We made the most of it and did get to enjoy the hot tub for some of our stay. We loved the kayaks and Bill told us where we could load them much easier, since the dock is quite high up on the water. We did see dolphins briefly and loved kayaking around the channels and out into the gulf some. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you might need. Just a relaxing place with all that you might need.

Magnificent View of the Gulf!

Although there were a couple of glitches e.g., Hot tub being cold and not being able to use the fireplace, our stay was Wonderful! The house is very clean and absolutely beautiful! This house has the most well appointed kitchen I have ever seen. Since I was cooking a full Christmas dinner this was a blessing! The beds were comfortable and the elevator helped out tremendously. I would recommend this house to anyone that is looking for multiple activities to keep their guests occupied. My adult children and husband enjoyed the game room very much. If the weather had been warmer the pool would have been utilized as well as the kayaks. Thanks Carol!

Family Tides

Lovely property. The house was great, beds very comfortable, great seating inside and out. Elevator definitely a plus. Pool and jacuzzi wonderful. My only complaint would be some of the door locks to the outside were broke or hard to work. This house will be my vacation rental list for sure. The water view was wonderful.

Highly Recommend

This was our annual Sisters trip. Property and location were beautiful. The house was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and had lots of fun playing pool and ping pong. We had a great time seeing the dolphins and anhingas that visited every day. The restaurants nearby were very good. The hosts communicate well. All in all it was a wonderful, peaceful vacation.
