Stunning sea view apartment on secure complex between Moraira and Calpe
This 2nd floor end of block penthouse apartment sits atop the highest point in the complex with sweeping views across beautifully landscaped pools down to the sea and the Rock Ifach at Calpe with gentle green hillsides either side. Included in the price is a secure, allocated parking space for your car in the underground complex - essential in the summer months for coolness and due to lack of available parking on the perimeter road. It is fully equipped for 6 people (with use of sofabed) and the large open plan living space is complemented by an elegant yet business like kitchen, luxury shower room with twin basins and double sized shower, and a very large terrace which serves as an extra, outdoor, room and is furnished with additional dining table and chairs plus recliners. The terrace benefits from two large awnings operated by a remote control to protect you from the mid-day sun.
All windows have electrically operated, ventilated metal shutters.
The apartment is smartly furnished along modern, clean lines, but comfort is our priority - after all, you are on holiday and we hope we have provided everything you will need..... and a little more. Our inside dining table provides seating for 6 when extended.
The bedrooms are of comfortable almost equal size and provide lots of hanging space in large mirrored wardrobes with high specification fittings. The Master Bedroom, with king size 160 cm bed, opens onto the Terrace and is next door to the creamy marble-tiled Shower Room with twin basins and over-sized shower. Bedroom 2 can be twin or double. The Kitchen has everything you could need including, of course, a dishwasher. There is a small utility room containing a washer/drier, iron, ironing board, broom etc.
The Parques Casablanca complex: Security, modern technology and easy access to all areas feature highly here, along with such facilities as a Reception area, secure underground parking and an on-site Spa Building containing a gymnasium, sauna, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Entry fees for the Spa facilities (either per day or per week) are paid directly to Reception. Please contact me for current prices. Children are allowed entry from the age of 10, but must be accompanied by an adult. There is a poolside bar/restaurant (seasonal) for drinks and snacks as you relax by the lagoon pool. There are no keys - a swipe card grants entry to each apartment. Lights come on magically in front of you and turn themselves off again behind you. Hi-tech yes, but with a friendly feel and ease of use. The complex is in a delightful setting above the sandy and safe Fustera Cove.
The pools are a special feature - a large lagoon pool with waterfall feature and a separate shallow pool for younger children. There are plenty of chairs, sunbeds and tables provided around the pools.
Free personal WIFI is provided inside the apartment and there are also public WIFI hotspots around the complex. The internet T.V. can provide channels in English, French, German, Spanish, Belgian and Dutch. If you have a Netflix account, this can be used but please remember to log out of it when you leave! There is also a DVD player and a good selection of DVDs provided to cater for everyone's taste. There is also a CD player with a selection of CD's and a selection of books.

My husband and I live in the North of England and visit our apartment as often as we can to make sure it is maintained and well-equipped for our guests.
Why they chose this property
This stunning apartment is in a beautiful area of the Costa Blanca between Moraira and Calpe at La Fustera. It is in a quiet and peaceful residential area with no road noise or late night disturbances and yet is within easy travelling distance (10 minutes by car) of Moraira in one direction and Calpe in the other. There is a medium size supermarket and restaurant/bars within a 10 minute walk.
What makes this property unique
Parques Casablanca is an apart-hotel complex of 72 apartments in five separate blocks. It is secure and safe with entry only by swipe card. There is an underground car park to keep your car cool in the summer months and we have our own allocated space in this car park. The large lagoon pool is kept in pristine condition and has a waterfall feature. There is a separate pool for younger children. The whole complex is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a resident manager/caretaker to provide 24 hour assistance if required.
