The tenants of the house have the right to use the outdoor areas, as well as the guests of a small studio and the two owners who live on the villa, namely:
-The pool with sunbeds.
-The patio grill in which there is a gas grill and a seating area.
-The seating area around the pond.
-The car park.
The microclimate is mild, providing coolness in the summer and making adequate use of fans.
Minors use the pool only with the guidance, supervision, and responsibility of their guardians.
The suite is connected to the main boulevard by a 250-meter dirt road.
In the surrounding area, there are many springs, rivers with plane trees, Byzantine churches, monasteries, medieval monuments, the well-known source of the Colethra, a wildlife refuge, the Oxylithus hill with panoramic views of the Aegean, the port of Kimi and many other sights we can suggest to you.
The surrounding area offers horse riding (surcharge), water sports facilities, and organized climbers.
The area is ideal for walks in nature and day trips to the archaeological site of Eretria, Delphi, and elsewhere.
