Apartment by the sea, air-conditioned, located on the first floor without lift of a residential building.

Composed of 2 bedrooms, one double with LCD TV and the other with 3 single beds.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, Lavazza coffee machine.
Lounge with LCD TV and sofa bed. From the living room you can directly access the balcony with table and chairs.
Bathroom with window and hairdryer.
Free parking in front of the building.
On foot or by bike you can reach the city center with the beautiful Sacro Cuore church and the modern Piazza Cavour.
The seafront has a beautiful bike path that connects it to both Villa Rosa and Alba Adriatica through a brand new wooden pier, for a total of about 25km. Lovers of bike rides will appreciate it very much.
The sea has a sandy bottom and for the first 100mt towards the breakwaters has a depth that rises slowly up to 50cm, allowing you to relax in complete safety and tranquility with your children in the water.
