Living and dining room with all Dutch, Spanish and many international TV channels and free fast private internet and wifi.
Large kitchen with four ring hob, large fridge / freezer,
microwave / oven, dishwasher, coffee makers and kettle. Utility room washing machine and dryer. Furthermore completely complete, beautiful and very spacious equipped.
Terrace: 2 large terraces on the ground floor. The terraces can be completely covered and screened which is often not a luxury. After all, you almost always live outside! There are only 15 terraces in the whole complex. And they are only on the ground floor. Of these 15 terraces, the terraces of this apartment are the largest with the best location. Also not unimportant - especially in the winter - on the right side of the sun!
