The rural house Roquete B, registered in the tourist holiday registry of the Government of the Canary Islands, is located in La Atalaya de Santa Brígida, next to the Bandama Golf Course and ideal for hikers and nature lovers. The house has 2 bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom, another full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a laundry area and a cozy terrace in a private garden with a shower and barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. With a large sofa bed for two people, as well as a cot, high chair and bath for babies. On the property there are donkeys and dogs. You also have access to the shared pool which is located about 200 meters from the house, down a small hill. The pool has a shower and sun loungers. The lush vegetation that surrounds it will provide you with cool and shade if you wish. It has a play area for children.
There are restaurants, supermarkets, shops, golf course, health center and pharmacy 1.5 km from the Villa. The rural house is an ideal place to escape as a couple, with friends or with family. We will wait for you!!

Schöner Aufenthalt unter dem "Eselsbauch"

Sehr aufmerksame und nette Eugenia, die die sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit genügend Verbrauchsmaterialien und Willkommensobst vorbereitet hat. Der kleine Garten lädt in der Mogensonne zum Verweilen ein, wenn die Thermik ab ca. 11:00 einsetzt, wird es im März unter den Wolken (lokal "Eselsbauch" genannt) schnell kalt.

Wunderschöner Wanderurlaub in der Nähe von Las Palmas in angenehmem Ferienhaus.

Die Lages des Hauses ist optimal, um die Bergwelt Gran Canarias zu erkunden. Wir haben uns in dem großen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt, die gute Ausstattung des Hauses hat voll den Angaben entsprochen. Die Gastgeberin Eugenia war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ihre Anfahrtsbeschreibung war ganz exakt.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Sobald man etwas liegen lässt, sind nach 30 min hunderte Ameisen da. Die Lage ist weit ab von allem. Sehr schwer zu finden, kompliziert das Tor zu öffnen. Kompliziert das TV zu bedienen. Das große Rolltor geht von selbst auf und zu nachts und knallt beim Schliessen sehr laut, genau dort wo man schläft. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Innen schön, aussen fehlt Farbe und bröckelt der Beton. Überdachung der Terasse nur noch zum Teil vorhanden. Kakerlaken und Fliegen und Mücken sind normal, aber tausende Ameisen überall sind schon heftig.Keiner tut was dagegen.

Wunderbares Haus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit beim Wandern. Die Insel bietet viele Klimazonen, schöne Wege und Ausblicke. Grandios! Das perfekte Haus haben wir sehr genossen. Es hat viel Platz, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Eugenia!

wundervoll und erholsam

Das Haus liegt in einer Anliegerstraße auf einem sehr großem Grundstück mit mehreren Häusern die aber nicht in der Nähe liegen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Garten und die Ruhe ist perfekt. Ein Muss, ein Mietwagen! Das Haus liegt etwas abseits! Sehr schön für Erholungssuchende. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und es gab keine Probleme. Als Verbesserung haben wir Mückengase vor den Schlafzimmern empfohlen. wir hatten recht viele und so musste man mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, obwohl es super ruhig draußen ist. Ansonsten gut gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung!! Abends schöne BBQ Runden! Gib auch einen Pool in der Nähe, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben! Ohne Abstriche empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder. Liebe Grüsse an Eugenia und Julia ( Tochter)! Herzlichen Dank für Alles!!!

Restful in paradise

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful, and stocked with everything needed to be comfortable. The location is quiet with spectacular views. The host, Eugenia, is very attentive, and she puts a lot of care and attention into her guests’ comfort and satisfaction. When I come back to Gran Canaria, I will definitely stay here again!

Alles Bestens im Landhaus 36 Camino el Roquete. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es fehlt an nichts. Super Ausstattung. Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, etwas abseits vom Trubel. Hoher Erholungswert. Eugenia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberein, die jederzeit erreichbar war und bei kleinen Problemen sofort helfen konnte. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Gran Canaria Hillside Home

A beautiful property with a great long range view of the ocean and surrounding area. Big rooms, plenty of space, private yard. Very clean. Some of the mountain roads are very narrow. This is a beautiful island, scenery is spectacular.

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr umfangreich, alles da. Ein kleiner, schön angelegter Garten. Das Wetter war nicht sehr schön, viel Regen oder Saharastaub. Aber die gemütliche Einrichtung und die wärmende Klimaanlage haben uns getröstet.

To feel at home on vacation

We spent 2 1/2 weeks in Eugenia's beautiful house. Everything you need is there. The house is very nice and comfortable. It was still cool in the evening. But with the air conditioning you could heat very well. Eugenia is very nice, binding and helpful. The house is part of a former estate and is very quiet. You need a car with navigation for all activities. Google maps works very badly in Gran Canaria. The location is favourable to explore many beautiful places in the north of the island. Also, some very nice hiking routes are within reach. Beate and Peter, Germany

Tolles Haus und herzliche Gastgeber

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig auf einem riesengroßen Privatgrundstück gelegen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner, 2 Bäder, Betten mit festen Matratzen, ein gemütliches sehr grosses Wohnzimmer, ein schöner uneinsehbarer Garten und 200 Meter den Hügel hinunter ein toller Pool den man sich mit einem zweiten Ferienhaus teilt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein aber vor allem für Kinder ausreichend. Sehr genossen haben wir die Klimaanlage, mit der die Räume auch im Winter abends kuschelig warm werden und die stabile Stromversorgung (das ist nicht überall auf den Kanaren so). Ganz besonders ist die herzliche Betreuung durch Eugenia, Sie ist immer erreichbar, sehr großzügig, hilfsbereit und warmherzig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Hospitalidad en una casa hermosa y un ambiente silencioso

We where very kindly welcomed (with a welcoming basket) in a great and very clean house on a safe location. Really everything you can think of is present. The environment was incredible beautiful and silent, but a car is required for exploring the rest of this beautiful island and do groceries. The contact with Eugenia was also great; she is very nice, response quickly on every question and has a lot of tips. We had a wonderful vacation. Sunny Secret - Excellent value for money villa in an attractive family run estate in the hills

Rather than stay in the hideously touristy resorts of Gran Canaria we decided to live like a local in the hills of Las Palmas. Only a 20 minute drive from the city it proved to be a fantastic decision - we had an amazing time discovering the area and yet having all the creatures comforts of home. Just brilliant, plus Eugenia and Javier were truly brilliant at making us feel so welcome. It was just a delight. The house was beautiful as well as spacious and comfort oozed everywhere. A lot of thought went into the accommodation and it worked. Thank you so much guys.

A beautiful, modernised, clean and well equipped property. We would have preferred a lovely country view, but the rear garden to the property was quiet and sunny. Only major problem was electrical - try to use the toaster and all the fuses blew! Trouble getting the water heaters back up. Sometimes power too low to run equipment. Overall a nice place to stay.
