The location offers an oasis to relax in the beautiful countryside of Florence and it's only 17 km from the historic center of Florence.
Being all 'inside of a private nature reserve of 80 hectares you can go for leisurely walks in the countryside to enjoy nature and animals.

This apartment is located in the complex called "Casabella", an ancient inn, owned by the monastery of Montesenario, built in the middle of 1500, to allow the pilgrims to eat and sleep coming on foot, after a day's walk from Florence, and departed the next day for the monastery.
The refurbishment of this house was completed 2 years ago, respecting the traditions and spirit of the period in which it was built.
There is a panoramic swimming pool from which you can admire the breathtaking landscape that is located in front of the apartment.

Today we are an organic farmhouse, we produce olive oil and vegetables.
We are near to Montesenario, Lago di Bilancino, Siena, San Gimignano e Vinci. If you want to do shopping there is Barberino Outlet.

It consists of two apartments, each of which has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with A/C.
Our apartments have superior quality with respect to what the area offer.
The landscape view is unique.
We are in the middle of a beautiful park.
There is a private parking space in front of the house.

At 1,4 km you have a grocery and a restaurant and at 4,5 km you have everything including the supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, coffee bar, etc.

The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

At the moment of the arrival, you need to provide a security/damage deposit of € 300 which will be returned at the moment of the check-out if no damage
is done to the property or its contents, all the keys are returned, solied dishes and glasses are cleaned and no linens are lost or damages.
Everything is included in the booking rate with the exclusion of the city tourist tax of 3,50€ per person per night that the Italian state applied for every tourist for the maintenance of the cultural and artistic heritage of Italy.
I'll collect in cash at the moment of the check-in together with the security deposit.

The check-in is from 3 pm until 7 pm and there is an extra cost for any time you need. The check-out is before 10 am.

The heating is not included, it's available at a cost of 1,2 euros per cubic meter. You will measure the gas meter at the moment of the check-in and check- out and you will pay based on consumption.
