This beautiful converted farmhouse in Salwayash is pet friendly, has a games room and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.
Marles Farmhouse is a beautifully converted, pet friendly, farmhouse in the quiet village of Salwayash in Dorset. Scenic and secluded yet with easy access to the town and coast, this fabulous family farmhouse sleeps up to twelve people in six bedrooms - on the first floor are two king-size doubles with en suite bathrooms, two twins, one adult bunk room and two shower rooms. On the ground floor is a further twin room and shower room making this property suitable for those who are less mobile. The sitting room with a wood burning stove is spacious, whilst the huge kitchen with dining area is the real of the home. A family games room with table football and piano will keep the family busy on those not so sunny days. The outside space is no less impressive, peaceful and surrounded by fields, with a large sun terrace, table chairs and BBQ to the front and an enclosed lawned area with climbing frame and swings to the rear.
Amenities: Central heating, underfloor heating with two wood burning stoves (wood Is provided). Microwave, range cooker, fridge, “American” fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, bread maker, Smart TV with Blu-ray/DVD, WiFi, fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two cots and two highchairs. Off road parking for six cars. Electric vehicle charge point 7.4Kwh (charged at cost). Enclosed garden with barbecue.
