FLORIO'S COURT AT THE SCALA luxury apartment

Luxurious apartment with pieces of design in the center of Milan, between Piazza della Scala and the Brera district, located on the second floor of an elegant building.
There is access to a large living room composed of a conversation area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a finely furnished shower, laundry with washing machine and dryer. TV and WI FI available for free throughout the house.
The exhibition is on a graceful inner courtyard.
The apartment has just been completely renovated and has been studied in detail. It is luxurious, welcoming and suitable both for visiting the city and for being used for business.
It consists of a large living area consisting of living area suitable for conversation and relaxation, a dining area with a large table in front of a modern and equipped kitchen that will allow you to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
The sleeping area, completely independent from the living area, consists of three double bedrooms, two with balcony and all with television.
In the bathrooms you will find the Maison Margela courtesy line.

Great Location!
Convenient location for walking everywhere! Quiet neighborhood with a fantastic restaurant- Il Marchese, next door. They accommodated us for a late dinner upon our arrival and graciously accepted the delivery of my delayed luggage the next day. Accommodations were as presented on listing.. comfortable beds and nice showers. One bath towel per person for 3 night stay was a surprise. Appreciated the convenience of the washer/dryer. Host was very responsive to texts with questions for information. I would recommend this property.

Fabulous apartment, wonderful location, great hosts. Perfect.
Beautifully appointed, clean and modern, very comfortable for my husband and I, and two adult children. Three spacious and quiet bedrooms, with two recently renovated bathroom, plus a washer -- and dryer!!! -- made our 3 night stay in Milan perfect. The beautiful building is within walking distance to everything. The restaurant next door, Il Marchese, was fantastic and in a beautiful interior. The employee who checked us into the apartment made the reservation for us, which was such a nice touch. The hosts were attentive and helpful, and even made a recommendation for Chinese takeout one night when we were all too tired to go out. This was our favorite VRBO by far during our 2 week trip throughout Italy. Loved it. Hope to return again next year.

Excellent stay in beautiful Milan
My family and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 3 nights in January 2024. The apartment is in an excellent location and is walking distance to all main attractions in Milan. The restaurant downstairs was also magnificent!

This property and location are great! The property is really nice and totally met our needs. Check in was easy and the property manager accommodated our early arrival. Bathrooms and showers were a good size also. This was one of our favorite VRBO rentals in Europe.

Everything from check in to check out was first class. The property is very spacious and decorated well. Its location cannot be beat and is a quick walk to a number of great restaurants and sites. The apartment was wonderful and met all of our needs. The location was perfect and easily accessible to restaurants and public transportation. The bedroom floors were a bit squeaky, so it tended to be noticed by our roommates if we had to get up during the night. This was very minor, and I mention it only for information.

The apartment while on the 2nd floor was easily accessible by a lift. It was a very clean apartment and the air-conditioning was very welcome as the days were quite warm. Easy walking distance to the Duomo and Castillo and some very good restaurants in the area as well. The only problem we experienced was the wi-fi was not working properly. The owner/manager tried to rectify this for us, but the problem apparently was with the provider.

We couldn't have asked for a better location or better hosts. The place was clean with everything you need. The owners were accommodating to hold our luggage a little before check-in and always very quickly responded to us. The location is absolutely perfect! Everything is easily accessible.

Great location- walkable to Duomo and The Last Supper — close to metro and tram stations. Nice neighborhood with coffee shops, restaurants and grocery store all walkable. Property is clean and modern- allowed our family of four to spread out and have our own space. Host and manager very helpful and always respond quickly to any questions! Great place to stay in Milan!!

Great apartment in great location
The apartment isin a great location, within a short walk of central Milan (the Duomo, shopping, restaurants etc). The apartment was well appointed and really comfortable for 4 adults. Generally, the apartment was clean and well presented, although there were random food items and condiments left in the cupboards and the fridge (apparently from previous guests), which was a little odd - one small negative against an otherwise great apartment.

Great Apartment in a great location.
The apartment is great, comfy beds and everything you could need. The area is also great with lots of great cafes and restaurants close by as well as many of Milan’s attractions. The only slight downsides were a delay in checking in and an occasional unpleasant smell in the apartment. Overall a very good place to stay.

This is a magnificent property, beautifully situated and appointed. There is everything you need and restaurants and cafes 2 steps away. The beds are comfortable and the entire apartment is immaculately clean. I look forward to be able to stay here again and thoroughly recommend this property.
