Bch Views/Sunsets on the Gulf of America - 409 top floor Short walk to Bch/Din

Hopefully you will fill like home at Presley's View. We are located on Scenic Highway 30A, about five miles west of quaint/popular Seaside. This one bedroom unit, on the fourth floor (409), provides you with a wonderful view of the ocean, beautiful sunsets and sugar white sandy beaches. Perfect spot for a romantic beach retreat or family vacation. No need to load up the car and drive to a public beach when you can walk to the private beach directly across the street. This condo is in a "Great" location!

You may enjoy the convenience of on-site bike rentals, restaurants, dress/cool shops, featured local artists colony, free community events & festivals.

Guests also have access to three pools; all are heated until the end of March, two have hot tubs. One is conveniently located in front of the Cabanas building, another is in front of the the Caribbean building next door. Then we have another pool behind the townhomes on your way to the tennis courts towards the back of the property, that pool does not have a hot tub. Tennis courts are free to Gulf Place guests and you can get instructions on how to reserve court times, ask your condo manager, instructions should be located at the courts also.

Our property is located only 7 miles east from Destin, yet a step back from all the hustle & bustle of the traffic, high-rises and crowded beaches. You will be approx. 75 yards from Santa Rosa's beautiful white sandy beaches. You can also enjoy the community feel by taking a walk or renting a bike and riding down the 18-mile stretch of bike path that is populated with numerous State Parks, Nature Trails & Coastal Dune Lakes all along the Scenic 30A corridor.

I hope that we have given you enough information for decision-making purposes and that you will choose Presley's View, Unit 409, at Gulf Place Cabanas for your next beach vacation.
On our last renovation we took out the table and chairs however we put in a breakfast bar with counter height stools, as well as more cabinetry. The unit is well-furnished and clean so you should have all the comforts of home when you come to the beach for a getaway.
You are our guest however we want you to feel and treat our property as if you are staying in your own unit. We want you to enjoy being there so much that you come back again on another visit as well as tell your friends about our place.

So the Nash family invites you and your friends to come down to Santa Rosa Beach, see the emerald green waters of the Gulf Coast. It is one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in America. We look forward to hearing from you!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful condo and both visits were perfect! The condo is clean, amazing view from the top floor balcony, stocked with everything you need, and great communication with the owner. We will definitely be returning!

Peace Amid the Chaos

This area is heavily populated with tourists and lots of children. But our condo was so quiet! Very relaxing after sharing the beach with a crowd. A number of restaurants are within walking distance, as well as some shopping. The condo was immaculate - one of the cleanest places we have stayed. If you will be cooking meals during your stay, the kitchen is well equiped.

Property was in a great location just steps away from the beach with updates throughout the condo. A few things out of the owners control happened while we were there with the condo but the owner was more than accommodating and did everything to make it right. Will definitely recommend this owner and condo to anyone in the future.

Fantastic stay!

This was a fantastic condo in the Gulf Place area. First off- the area is perfect- access to a "private" beach- have to figure out where to put your own shades/towels if you're not renting but significantly better than fighting for sand space at the public beaches. It's walking distance to restaurants and stores and the community pools were great too (2 of the 3 are heated). The condo itself was nicely decorated, had everything we needed and a view of the ocean in the distance. Communication with the owner was efficient- she emailed us all the information ahead of time and was texting throughout our stay when we had any questions. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our time here at this property. Judy was wonderful at communicating with us, and the condo was so beautiful and clean! We have stayed in many other units at Gulf Place Cabanas, and this was our favorite by far. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, and such an easy walk to and from the beach. Best view in Gulf Place

We’ve stayed at different properties in Gulf Place and this is definitely our favorite by far! The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the condo was beautiful! The owner upgraded everything and the decor was comfortable and beautiful. We are an active couple and love the running/biking trail on 30 A when you walk out of the condo. Also love the tennis and pickleball courts at Gulf Place. The beach is never crowded, even on spring break and the beach access is so convenient! Love all the shops and restaurants in Gulf Place (Chef’s Bistro 30A is our favorite. Owner was a delight to work with! I highly recommend this unit!!!

Perfect in Every Way!

Location! View! Amenities! It was a perfect home during our mother-daughter trip. We cooked meals. We booked beach service. We watched the sunset. We rented bikes. Perfect condo, steps away from the beach for a family with kids.

My family had a fabulous week staying at Gulfplace cabana. Our room was actually ready before 4pm and we were able to “check in” early when we arrived. The beach was just steps away from the Cabana complex with its own private beach access walkway. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the pool but did visit 2 of the 3 pools during our stay which were nice for the kids. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We even cooked in and did a crab boil one evening. There are several great restaurants and ice cream shops that are within walking distance from the condo. The balcony ocean view was still spectacular not to be front row beach front. We enjoyed a relaxing week at Judy’s Gulfplace Cabana and will definitely be back.

Judy's place in Santa Rosa is exactly as she has it listed. Its beautiful , clean and very comfortable and cozy with a great view of the ocean. Wonderful location as well. Well I am a retired Flight Attendant, started with Piedmont Airlines however retired US Airways. My husband has now retired however he's still too busy to go to the beach with me. So I am the one tearing up the highway going back and forth to the beach. It's ok, we'll let him keep working, for now, You know what I mean. HA! I have the beach all to myself.

Why they chose this property

We love the area and 30A, right now, is off the beaten path of traffic. Walk directly across the street to the beach to see the sunset or sit on the deck (Oct ~March) to see some of he most beautiful sunsets. This area is usually very relaxing and quiet.

What makes this property unique

Location! Location! Location! You can ride a bike forever down 30A, on the walking/biking trail. There are plenty of places along the way to stop and shop or get a cold beverage. We have bike rentals on the property, two Publix stores within 5 miles, both on 98, we are convenient to Seaside, WaterColors and Seagrove. If you like golf, the Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club is right down the street. If you like to eat out, the restaurant, Vue, has great food/drinks and beautiful sunsets from their patio as well as Shunk Gulley, Stinky's Fish Camp, Louis Louis's, Red Bar, Local Catch, The Perfect Pig, etc. A lot of these restaurants you can walk to or ride a bike.
