Fully furnished and equipped Penthouse, set in quiet surroundings, yet meters away from the Yacht Marina. Large private sun terrace with canopies/sunbeds, large Bbq set, Cd/dvd player and much more will ensure that you will enjoy a relaxing holiday whilst making the best of the Maltese warm weather. Does sipping a cocktail whilst lying down on a hammock and listening to music appeal to you? What about cooking on a professional Bbq set whilst drinking your favourite wine or beer? Or is it just lounging in the sun? Whatever your idea of a holiday is, we will make sure that this will be a memorable one for you.
Sleeps 7. Two double beds, one double sofa bed and one single folding bed. 2 bedroom penthouse apartment situated just meters away from Malta's Yacht Marina. Extras include; fitted appliances, wash machine, A/c, cable Tv, Free Wi-fi, Cd/dvd player, large professional Bbq, 2 electric sun canopies, sun beds etc. All amenties just minutes away on foot. Nearest sandy beach just 8 minutes by car.

Bedrooms: Main double bed is in open plan layout, double bed is in closed separate bedroom, sofa bed opens into a double bed and folding single bed could be utilised anywhere. Large air-conditioning unit.

Bathrooms: Shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, wash hand basin and washing machine. Separate shower on terrace.

Kitchen: Fitted kitchen/dining with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven, pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses e.t.c.

Utility Room : Washing machine, cloths horse. Property has solar water panels for hot water.

Living Room: Living room comprises; double sofa, single sofa, armchair, coffee table, wall unit with television and cable Tv, Free Wi-fi, Cd/dvd, ceiling fan, air-conditioning unit (heating and cooling) and large french door leading to front terrace.

Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service: Linen and towels (both for shower and terrace) are included. Property could be cleaned once a week on tenant's request

Outside: Spacious front terrace measuring 5 meters by 14 meters. Professional Bbq set, sun beds, 2 electric sun canopies with remote control, ample tables and chairs, two fans for those warm nights, shower, Cd player with wall mounted speakers e.t.c.

Further Details: -Yacht Marina is meters away. Rocky beach 10 minutes away on foot and sandy beach about 8 minutes away by car. Situated between Valletta and Sliema.
-Airport is about 12 kilometers away. Whilst renting a car is not essential as property in on a bus route, but it is advisable in order to see the beauty Malta can offer. For those utilizing the bus schedule service, i recommend downloading the application 'tallinja'. This app gives you all bus routes to all destinations, where to cath bus from and also estimated time of arrival.
-About 5 kilometers away from the capital city of Valletta and about 6 kilometers away from Sliema, St. Julians and Paceville.
-Penthouse is situated in a residential area with all amenities just minutes away on foot. Restaurants, bars, take-away and other food outlets can be reached on foot and are only about 200 meters away.
-very flexible in arrival/departure times !
Prices include all facilities in Penthouse, clean linen and towels. Cleaning prior and after visit.
Guests will have access to all amenities found in penthouse.
I live exactly underneath penthouse and interact as often as needed.
Residential area yet seconds away from shops, restaurants, bars and the lovely Mediterranean Sea.
Bus stop to all destinations is just outside the block.

Good outdoor space and in a good location for pubs and restaurants

The host met us and showed us round the property. He emailed during our stay to check everything was ok. The place itself was well equipped for cooking, good AC and a good outdoor area for eating and sunbathing. We had a lovely stay here and visited several restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. The only criticism I have is the furniture in the property needs updating as it is tied and looked a little tatty. To me, it wasn't penthouse standard. But all in all we had a great holiday and enjoyed our stay here.
