Very nice place
We stayed at the house for a total of two weeks and we’re a family of five. The house had all amenities needed And situated in the location, close to Grocery shopping and Multiple French bakeries. The pool area is great however, the sun beds needs replacement. The host was very friendly and responded promptly to our messages, both during booking, and while we were staying at the property. Please note that the house consists of three individual units. However, the vacation home was completely private and we were not bothered by the two other units. We can highly recommend other travelers to book the property.

Vue magnifique, chambres climatisées, piscine dimension pour des jeunes enfants, accès piscine par escaliers faciles pour personnes âgées, maison très jolie, équipement complet et fonctionnel (il manque néanmoins quelques prises électrique à des endroits stratégique), voisin colocataires invisibles. Un petit bémol ... les moustiques, mais on pense revenir tout de même :). Le couple de propriétaire est charmant et pro. Merci pour l'accueil.

Schönes Steinhaus in wunderbarer Umgebung
Ruhig gelegenes Steinhaus mit einer sehr großen Wohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr schöne Anlage. Toller privater Pool. Absolute Privatsphäre. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Anfragen wurden gleich beantwortet. Nach Grasse sind es nur ein paar Autominuten und die weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Orte an der Cote d azur und das Hinterland sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es empfehlen, dort ein paar schöne entspannte Tage zu verbringen.

Villa with a view!
A typical French Villa set in the magnificent Alpe-Maritimes. We absolutely loved our 2 week holiday - the only disappointment was having to say goodbye. Set in what seems at first glance a remote area on the outskirts of Grasses. This Villa is just moments away from wonderful local produce in the village of St Jacques. Fabulous patisseries/rotisserie/boucherie and a very well stocked supermarket. It is a perfect location to savour the medieval mountain villages and enjoy hikes in the region. Two highlights were hiking the Gorge de Loup and hiking to Pont des Tuve / both with excellent spots for a bit of wild swimming! The villa’s pool is just gorgeous - what more could you want than to watch the sun go down as you cook off in the pool.

Rien à redire tout était parfait... Je recommande vivement cette propriété. La piscine nous a fait le plus grand bien et la propriétaire est aux petits oignons avec ses hôtes.

Great pool and view
Host was lovely and helpful. Property whilst on the outskirts of town was very relaxing but still within east walking distance of a couple of boulangeries and small supermarket. A great base for exploring the area and a great pool for when staying in. First time we’ve been to the area in June but the weather was perfect and traffic much better than peak season.

Wunderschöne Lage
Wunderschöne Lage, ruhig und herrliche Aussicht. Vor allem der Pool war eine tolle Erfrischung nach unseren Motorradtouren. Wir verbrachten zusammen (4 Freunde) 10 tolle Tage in diesem schönen Haus. Ruhig gelegen und doch so nahe an Grasse. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Egal was war, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Merci Laurence pour tous. A bientôt.

Geräumige Villa im Grünen
Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Der Pool ist geeignet für Kinder, die schwimmen können, für Erwachsene könnte er größer sein. Das Haus ist wunderschön in einer parkartigen Landschaft gelegen, allerdings in Hörweite einer nahen, den ganzen Tag über mittelstark befahrenen Straße. Wenn jemand absolute Ruhe sucht, ist das Haus eher nicht geeignet,

Wunderbares Ferienobjekt
Wir haben 10 wunderbare Ferientage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Unsere Mädchen, 4, 10 und 11 Jahre alt haben sich fast den ganzen Tag im Pool vergnügt. Dass der Pool uns zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stand haben wir besonders genossen. Obwohl die Wohnung in einem Wohnquartier liegt, hatten wir die absolute Ruhe, da das Grundstück genügend gross ist. Die Nachbarhäuser haben wir nicht wahrgenommen. Es ist alles von Bäumen geschützt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie hat uns aber absolut in Ruhe gelassen während unserem Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist mit allem was wir brauchten sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr gut möglich, dass wir im nächsten Jahr an diesen wunderbaren Ort zurückkehren.

Great place for a vacation
As a family with 4 children aged 7 to 14 we had the chance to spend 10 days in this beautiful villa. The place offers a number of advantages - absolutely stunning view, great outside terrace, very well made pool with a cleaning robot, beautifully maintained garden and fully equipped house. The interior of the house offers a lot of dark colored wooden furniture. This is offset by a lot of light as the house has many windows. The owners are very friendly both showing around the house and offering advice with regards to the surroundings. We loved spending time on the outside terrace. All in all, an unforgettable vacation.

Séjour au calme.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette villa. Le cadre est incroyable avec la vue dégagé, les oliviers dans le jardin: Très dépaysant. La maison est très spacieuse, et accès direct à la piscine et terrasse, pour des barbecues parfaits! On a eu du mal à quitter la maison, nous sommes resté principallement au bord de la piscine pendant toute la semaine, on y était trop bien. Bref vivement l'année prochaine qu'on remette ça.

Belle Villa au milieu des oliviers
