Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, bathroom, in the back, large veranda with gazebo (mounted from May / June), garden with outdoor shower and barbecue.
First floor, three bedrooms and bathroom.

Excellent flat with lots of facilities
This flat was an absolute dream. The owner Paolo is very kind and answered to all our queries fast and friendly. The house is very well situated and you will find everything you need and even more. The kitchen is fantastic and we even found umbrellas for the beach, which is close by and one of the best beaches at east sardegna. All In all this apartment is worth every penny. We would booked it again - any time! Thanks Paolo. All the best.

Nice house - well equipped
A very nice house - I think I could imagine us living in a house like that - in a quiet location - well furnished - probably the best equipped kitchen we have ever had. Paolo and Christina were very friendly and helpful - they don't speak English and our Italian is limited - email communication before arrival was fine and upon arrival we managed to communicate what was necessary. Putzu Idu is very quiet but there are some good restaurants around: we had a good meal at "Stella Del Mare" (but later we were disappointed by the pizza) "Trattoria Maestrale" is a good seafood restaurant with a nice location looking out to sea (when we were there it was open for lunch all week but dinner was only available Saturday & Sunday - so we didn't get a sunset dinner) "Entu i Sole" has a nice vibe is good for seafood and has more non-seafood options than the others. Best pizza we had was at the "Bar Ristorante Lepori" in Mandriola (at the far end of Pitzu Idu beach)

Perfekt!
Wir haben als Familie mit 3 Kindern (3/8/11) im Haus unseren Urlaub verbracht. Wir wurden von Paolo und seiner Frau sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Fotos entsprechen dem Haus nicht ganz, es wirkt in echt viel liebevoller eingerichtet als auf den Fotos dargestellt ist. Es fehlte uns an nichts, es war alles mehrfach vorhanden. Es war alles sehr sehr sauber und ordentlich. Absolut zu empfehlen.

una vacanza in una terra meravigliosa,la casa è bellissima super fornita di ogni cosa proprietari gentilissimi pronti ad aiutarci e a consigliarci,in un momento di difficoltà ci hanno aiutato con molta generosità,in 5 persone più il nostro cagnolone siamo stati benissimo tutto è andato oltre le nostre aspettative.Consigliatissima da 10 e lode.

Super tolles Haus
Das Haus ist klasse! Es ist riesen groß, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Moskitonetze und Fensterläden sind installiert. Wir waren anfangs etwas verwirrt, weil die Landkarte der Anzeige einen anderen Standort anzeigt. In der Anzeige selber steht tatsächlich die richtige Adresse. Es ist weiter hinten, nicht in der "Stadtmitte" beim Restaurant und Supermarkt. Das Haus befindet sich weiter hinten im Wohngebiet. Dadurch herrschte aber auch eine herrliche Ruhe! Schön! Zum Sandstrand läuft man dann ~10 Minuten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Tolles Haus!!!

Ottima casa vicina al mare
Bella ed ampia casa dove si puo trovare tutto il necessario per godere le vacanze. Due spiagge accessibili a piedi e le belle spiagge oristanese sono a pocchi minuti in macchina. Paolo e Cristina sono molto accoglienti e desiderosi che i loro inquilini non mancano nulla. Un posto piacevole da scoprire !

zeer mooi appertement.
top verblijf in dit appertement gehad, zeer vriendelijke eigenaars, schoon, groot. Alles is daar voorhanden tot en met de koffie aan toe. zeer aan te raden als verblijf. De afstand tot de zee is goed te lopen (ca. 500 meter).

Sehr schönes Haus

Punti di forza: La casa è provvista di qualsiasi cosa di cui si possa avere bisogno (e non esagero), frutto di cura e passione dei proprietari. La posizione è strategica rispetto alla spiaggia di Putzu Idu e rispetto alle arterie principali per recarsi altrove. La casa è dotata di qualsiasi confort. Noch besser als erwartet
Meistens ist es ja anders herum, aber hier war die Unterkunft besser als wir aufgrund der Fotos dachten: sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich - besonders die Terrasse- geräumig und gut ausgestattet und nur 2 Min. bis zum Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Paolo war sehr freundlich und es gab immer sehr schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva
La casa è bellissima, attrezzata di tutto e in posizione strategica in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso ma con le spiaggie di putzu idu facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi. Paolo è stato un host disponibile, cordiale e premuroso, ho avuto modo di interloquire con lui più volte anche su questioni spinose conseguenti alle possibile problematiche sul soggiorno che potevano presentarsi in questo periodo di pandemia e si è sempre mostrato comprensivo e disponibile a trovare soluzioni. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti e ritorneremo senza dubbio.

Ospitalità a 360°
Siamo stati un mese nella casa di Paolo e Cristina e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è comodissima con un ampio spazio all'aperto, all'interno è super accessoriata quindi non abbiamo sentito la mancanza di nessuna delle comodità a cui siamo abituati a casa nostra. La parte retrostante è immersa nel verde e nei profumi della macchia mediterranea e da qui puoi prendere un sentiero a destra per andare alla spiaggia grande di Putzu Idu, dista circa 5 minuti a piedi, e un sentiero a sinistra per ammirare le falesie. Per noi è il posto ideale per passare una vacanza in pieno relax e a contatto con la natura. I proprietari sono stati disponibilissimi, sempre attenti alle nostre esigenze, discreti e mai invadenti. Nelle vicinanze ci sono spiagge meravigliose da visitare, località ricche di storia, cultura locale e bellezze paesaggistiche che ci hanno incantato, ci torneremmo davvero più che volentieri, anche nelle prossime vacanze.

La casa è molto piu bella rispetto alle foto pubblicate. È situsta in una zona molto tranquilla vicino al mare..la notte dalla camera si vede un cielo mozzafiato.. L interno è molto grande e dotato di ogni comfort...non ha l aria condizionata pero non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza perche la casa è piuttosto fresca ed un ventilatore,per la notte, è stato sufficiente. La parte esterna è molto cuarata e vivibile ed i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili

Molto contenti di questa vacanza: Casa bella, pulita, confortevole, fornita di tutto il necessario, con zanzariere in tutte le finestre, che ci ha permesso un pieno relax Zanzare free!!! La casa e' situata in una zona tranquilla, il mare e' in vicinanza, con la scogliera a poche centinaia di metri e le due piaggie di Putzu Idu e S'Arena Scoada a circa 10 minuti di passeggiata, perfetto per rimettersi in forma. Nelle vicinanze si trovano market, bar, rosticeria, ristoranti , altri servizi. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, disponibili e premurosi. Molto contenta di questo soggiorno, spero di ritornare per un periodo piu' lungo. ------------------------------- Very happy with this holiday: Beautiful, clean, comfortable house, equipped with everything you need, with mosquito nets in all the windows, which allowed us a full relaxation Free mosquitoes !!! The house is situated in a quiet area, the sea is nearby, with the cliff a few hundred meters away and the two peaks of Putzu Idu and S'Arena Scoada about 10 minutes walk, perfect for getting back in shape. Nearby are market, bar, rosticeria, restaurants, other services. The owners are very kind, helpful and attentive. Very happy with this stay, I hope to return for a longer period.

Pienamente soddisfatta ...tornerei certamente
Che dire? la casa è molto bella, accogliente,pulita, superbamente attrezzata - non manca nulla - e i proprietari sono carinissimi, gentili e premurosi. Foto e descrizioni sono veritiere. Davanti a casa ho sempre trovato posto per parcheggiare l'auto. La posizione della casa permette passeggiate stupende e si possono raggiungere a piedi le spiagge di Putzu Idu e di S'Arena Scoada. Nelle vicinanze si trovano market, bar e pizzerie e volendo anche la spiaggia attrezzata . (Alle sole mamme ansiose con bambini piccoli segnalo che nel patio esterno c'è una scala senza ringhiera di protezione ma basta stare attenti.) Sono pienamente soddisfatta e spero di tornarci la prossima estate.

Buon soggiorno
Putzu idu e una località balneare nel nord della penisola del sinis Or fortunatamente non è una zona battuta dalla massa turistica poiché non offre dei servizi al altezza di alte esigenze, ma è ottima per il soggiorno di famiglie con bimbi al seguito o coppie in pensione, l,alloggio offerto dal Sig Puddu e stato alla altezza delle aspettative spazioso funzionAle e con un bel giardino ben attrezzato, a 500 metri dalla abitazione c è una bellissima scogliera ed una spiaggetta di poche pretese, ma a dieci minuti a piedi c'è la spingoia di putzu idu che meRita.
