The "house of the sailor" is a newly renovated house, with new furnishings of marine style, measuring about 70 square meters, very spacious and on the ground floor of a house that has two floors. It is about 300 meters from the center of San Pantaleo, a small village of 900 people very characteristic at the foot of the granite mountains and only 4 km from the most beautiful sea of the Costa Smeralda.
San Pantaleo is well-known for the trendy Thursday market that attracts visitors from all over Europe who love to walk through the stalls of typical products, cashmere dresses and sweaters and occasionally take a break for a coffee or an aperitif at the Caffè Nina square.
San Pantaleo is also the "country of artists" painters and sculptors who have long lived here with exhibitions and sales in their galleries.
