Spacious, stylish, comfortable apartment in the historic ❤️ of Pézenas.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to base yourselves to enjoy the delights of Pezenas and explore the real south of France then look no further.

A perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach, canoeing, hiking or sight seeing. This fully renovated apartment, retains many original features, high ceilings with decorative mouldings, terracotta "tomettes" on the floor, decorative fireplaces and floor to ceiling french doors opening onto juliette balconies. (7 in total). The apartment has a dual aspect, with the discreet entrance not revealing the gem within.

Situated just metres from the Cours Jean Jaurès with it’s bustling Saturday market and Monday night “estivales” in July and august, with wine and food tasting from local producers.

Shops, restaurants and bars are all within a couple of minutes walk.

Ideally suited for two couples or friends sharing or a family of four. Enjoy a bit of luxury.

Beautiful apartment in Pézenas.
The apartment was beautiful and had everything you would need for an extended stay in Pezenas. The town is wonderful, full of artists and interesting shops. The surrounding area has much to offer as well so a lack of things to do is never an issue. The owner met us when we arrived and was lovely and helpful. Great holiday! Linda

Perfect Pezenas Location
Three of us spent six nights in the lovely home right off the main thoroughfare in Pezenas. The updates in the home were modern yet complimented the original architecture. We loved every minute we spent in the lovely well appointed home.

Great apartment in center of Pezenas
Nice, spacious apartment in the historic center of Pezenas. Perfect for a couple or family. All the shops and markets you need right out your front door. Well-stocked kitchen for home cooking and bright sitting area for evenings in or reading during the day. Parking is a couple minute walk away. Responsive, friendly host. We'd love to return!

Lovely flat with central location
We had a lovely week in this very stylishly decorated, well equipped and spacious flat. Brilliantly located for all Pezenas has to offer. If you want to cook the flat has all you need. You don’t need a car for Pezenas but useful for trips out. There is free parking around the outskirts and also at Parking des Cordeliers - which is useful if you arrive on market day and the town is busy. Communication with the host was excellent. We would stay here again.

Great location in the heart of Pezenas downtown.
The location of the apartment is very central. Shops, grocery and restaurants are in walking distance. The size of the apartment is very comfortable even with 4 adults. We loved our stay and enjoyed the stay very much.

Lovely stay in Pezenas
The flat is very beautiful and spacey, and felt like a home immediately when we arrived. The living room is bright, the kitchen well equipped and the beds are comfy. We had some trouble with the heating but lots of help and back up from the owner's side. We felt in good hands and when I forgot something in the apt when we departed, it was sent to my home address with warm words. Very caring hosts! We liked our stay very much and we would love to come back.

Modern elegance in a medieval town
The apartment is light and airy, elegantly decorated and appointed with comfortable beds, furniture and modern appliances. Outstanding location, with convivial cafés, boulangeries, cheese shops, bookstores and an excellent produce market within a 2-3 minute walk. The host is very helpful and responsive. The medieval buildings, which include notable architectural gems, provide a visceral sense of the long history of the region. The Mediterranean and the mountains of the Hérault are both within easy driving distance. Overall, a comfortable base for exploring this part of France.

Très bien situé
Charme fou, en plein centre ville, avec les avantages de l'ancien (grand séjour, beaucoup de charme, grande cuisine, tomettes ...) et les inconvénients (pas de vitrage double, porte d'entrée qui ne ferme pas bien. Très bon accueil par Nicky, qui a vite réglé le petit problème d'eau chaude.

Spacious, Charming and Elegant
Perfect for our family of 4 adults…gathering around the kitchen island for breakfasts, relaxing in the large living room as the light shines thru the windows or sharing the day’s events around the dining room table. With less than a 5 minute walk there are patisseries, multiple restaurants, wine store, Saturday market and more. Communication with our host Nicky was great and her friend Jackie personally met us during the check-in/check-out process. The greatest challenge we had was initially finding the apartment which faces a small narrow street - our GPS became confused; as well, nearby parking on market day was chaotic. That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this charming apartment for either a short-term or longer stay.

The host was super nice and welcoming, and the flat was perfect for me and my best friend Judy while I was house hunting touring the area! Great restaurants and the Saturday market was right there !

Dit is een prachtig appartement in het centrum van het idyllische stadje Pézenas. Op 1 hoog, geen lift, met 6 prachtige openslaande deuren met Frans balkon en ruim voorziene keuken. Foto's komen overeen. Winkeltjes, boutiekjes etc. allemaal op loopafstand. Gastvrij onthaal door (met recht) trotse (Engelse) eigenaresse.

Fijn verblijf in een historische stad
Het appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt midden in Pezenas met op loopafstand de bakker, de slager, de buurtsuper en de terrasjes. Het stadje is schilderachtig met de kleine straatjes en prachtige gebouwen. Nicky is als gastvrouw heel betrokken met een warm welkom en tips voor de omgeving. Een adres om te onthouden om zeker een keer weer terug te komen.

Un très bel appartement
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Nicky, au cœur de Pézenas mais dans une rue calme. La décoration est fait avec beaucoup de goût et on peut y trouver tout ce dont on a besoin pour les vacances. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, merci encore à Nicky pour sa disponibilité.

L'appartement de rêve
We spent six perfect weeks in this large and charming apartment. The flat is just amazing , it is in a magnificent 18th century building, the rooms have high ceiling and beautiful red tiles. The two bedrooms were very confortable, one of them had an ensuite modern bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all amenities you wish for, from pans, cookers, knives wine glasses as well as a beautiful sitting in the middle that allowed for meal preparation. We love to cook so we had the opportunity to make nice meals after our day of work. There was a also a dining room and a large living room , very bright during the day where you can relax and watch tv or read on the sofa. Located in the heart of Pézenas this apartment is really well located and offers all the convenience shops and facilities for a comfortable stay. The market on saturday is nearby and is big, and lively, and you can shop for fresh vegetables, fruits. Nicky was always available; quick to reply and charming during our stay. This place made our professional stay much easier with a scent of vacation. We definitely recommande this place and we would definitely come back. Nous avons passé six semaines parfaites dans ce grand et charmant appartement. L'appartement est tout simplement incroyable, il se trouve dans un magnifique immeuble du 18ème siècle, les chambres ont de hauts plafonds et de belles tuiles rouges. Les deux chambres étaient très confortables, l'une d'entre elles avait une salle de bain attenante moderne. La cuisine est très bien équipée, avec toutes les commodités que vous souhaitez, des casseroles, des cuisinières, des couteaux, des verres à vin ainsi qu'une belle assise au milieu qui a permis de préparer les repas. Nous aimons cuisiner, nous avons donc eu l'occasion de préparer de bons repas après notre journée de travail. Il y avait aussi une salle à manger et un grand salon, très lumineux pendant la journée où vous pourrez vous détendre et regarder la télévision ou lire sur le canapé. Situé au coeur de Pézenas cet appartement est vraiment bien situé et offre tous les commerces de proximité et commodités pour un séjour confortable. Le marché du samedi est à proximité et est grand et animé, et vous pouvez acheter des légumes frais, des fruits. Nicky était toujours disponible ; réponse rapide et charmante pendant notre séjour. Ce endroit a rendu notre séjour professionnel très facile avec un parfum de vacances.Nous le recommandons chaleureusement

Falling in Love With Pezenas
I absolutely loved staying in this fabulous apartment in Pezenas. It was charming, calm and comfortable, very large and certainly more than lived up to my expectations. The Owner had put a lot of care and attention into every detail. Conveniently situated in an old building on a quiet street in the centre of town, it was so easy to pop in and out, to the market, restaurants and lovely countryside walks close by. Highly recommended. I will be back.

The Stay
The appartment is in good condition and well furnished, with stylish accessories. The location is perfect if you want to be right in the centre of town and just steps away from Shops and Bars etc.
