Located in the Estates community of Legacy Park close to Disney.

Stay in our 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom home with all the comforts for up to 10 people.
The house is located approximately 10 miles from Disney theme parks and attractions.

This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a den, wireless internet access, a spacious breakfast bar, and dining area.
The house boasts 2 master bedroom suites; one on each floor.
We have one further King bedroom as well as with 2 twin rooms; the twins can be made up for children as needed.

In the great room you’ll enjoy the 55” Cable TV & Blu-ray, with your friends & family
The den is a great area for the children, with a 32” TV, Xbox One, Roku (for your streaming needs) & a library for somewhere else to relax.
The home also has two dining areas, one formal and the other ‘nook’ just off the kitchen.
There are also bar stools at the breakfast counter so there is plenty of seating for your family.

Outside there is a large deck area with a screen enclosed swimming pool with whirlpool spa, (pool heat is available as an optional extra).
The deck area has plenty of comfortable patio furniture for relaxing, eating, sun bathing or hanging out under the large covered lanai.
There is a propane grill available for use. Gas is not provide by home owner The home also has a security fence around the pool for children's safety.

The triple garage has been converted into a games room, where you’ll find a pool table, & foosball table. Along with a stereo, and a small selection of CDs.

There is also a large utility room which contains a washer/dryer, laundry baskets, iron & ironing board and in the many closets throughout the villa you’ll find towels & linens.

Disney & Universal Trip

We booked to stay in the Villa for almost 2 weeks and had a fantastic time.The kids really enjoyed staying in this Villa and were amazed at the size of the rooms, and the pool made for some great fun times after returning from busy days at the parks.The location is nice and quiet and is convenient for all of the parks, only being about a 20 minute drive away. The booking process was easy and when we asked to make the odd change such as adding an extra day and then adding an extra person, the requests were quickly granted without any issues whatsoever.Communication with the owners was thorough and any questions we had were quickly answered. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property as a base in Orlando and will happily return for a future trip.

Lovely family holiday home.

We recently returned from our two week stay in the property, the house was perfect for our family holiday. The house and pool area met all our expectations. We’ve stayed in Orlando many times, and would definitely return.

Family trip

This house is beautiful with ample space for our whole group. Everybody loved the pool area, where we spent most of our time. We only had a couple issues in which the owners are going to check into. Overall we had a great stay

Perfect getaway!

This property was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. In close proximity to the Disney parks as well as the beach. We really enjoyed ourselves. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to travel to the Orlando area!

Second wonderful stay

This is the second time we have been to this property and it was just as good as the first time. There were 7 adults on this trip and there was plenty of room and places to relax. Thanks to the owners for being so accommodating and making our holiday perfect.

Great location close to everything. My only issue was with the shower soap, super small bars, and lack of extra toilet tissue. We would rent here again.

We had an amazing time. The home was absolutely beautiful. Loved having some much room to relax and enjoy in. Had everything we needed to make for a wonderful vacation. We have stayed in other homes throughout the years but this home is by far our top pick. Hope to return again soon.

Wonderful property with plenty of room

We stayed May 14-21. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The lanai was a great gathering place at the end of the day. Loved the big kitchen. We were happy to see that one person in our party who uses a wheelchair was able to maneuver around easily once inside the house.

Vacation home close to theme parks

This home was very spacious and clean. We were able to spread out and enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. One thing to note though is there were no paper towels, extra toilet paper, dish detergent or laundry detergent. Those kinds of staples would have been helpful to have on hand.

We loved the house and would stay again

The house was immaculate and had all the amenities you could think of. Ten of us were more than comfortable. Every room was spacious, the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed, the pool and hot tub were a pleasure. There was extra towels and bedding, the neighborhood was nice and very local to everything. We rent vacation houses often and this was by far our best stay. The property management called to check in. I would love the opportunity to rent again in the future.

Just Perfect for Us!

This house worked out just perfectly for our party of 9 teens and adults. There is soooo much space we didn’t feel on top of each other. I also don’t feel we could beat the value. We were close enough to the parks that we didn’t feel like we spent alot of time driving but were still far enough away from the craziness in a quiet little neighborhood to get in some R&R. It was great to have a private pool! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Beautiful, spacious house

Absolutely loved our rental! This was my first time trying to book a house in Florida, and it couldn't have went better. The owner was very accomodating when our travel plans changed and allowed us to move our booking without issue. Once we got to the home, the check in process was easy with instructions being provided a few days before. The house itself was beautiful and spacious. Our group of 9 had plenty of room and the home had everything we needed in order to make our vacation relaxing and easy. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the deck around the pool was spacious and provided ample seating and dining space. I can't say enough good things about this home. Our family loved it and we hope to rent again the next time we're in Florida. Legacy park is beautiful!

Beautiful Home and Nice Stay

We had a fabulous time at this Gorgeous Home. The kitchen was well furnished with all utensils, pans, etc. Make sure to bring your own spices, dish washing liquid, detergent, anything you want to cook with as there wasnt anything available (which is common for most vacatioin homes). The pool was amazing. The home was very spacious, large rooms. Game room was great! The only thing negative I have to add was that the matresses were really as bad as was mentioned in many reviews. I did speak with the host and mentioned this and he said that they were scheduled to replace these later this year, so that was good news as with comfortable Matresses this house would be AMAZINGLY PERFECT! Still highly recommend this home.

Florida Family Trip

The property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We loved the size of the home and really made the best use out of the pool. The only suggestions I can make are be prepared to purchase paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. It is expected for you to start the laundry before you checkout but none is provided to you. I think that is cheap. All of the mattresses are solid hard and need a pillow topper or replaced with something not cheap. The outside pool area toys and floats need to be replaced as well. Other than that, we had a good stay and would stay again of the above were addressed.

Big house, loved our stay

There was 7 of us and the house had tons of room. We had a great time, house had everything we needed. Only issue was the pool heat wasn't on immediately but was the owner and management company were called it was fixed immediately. The Spa never got hot (around 89-92F), pool was great at 86-89F The Owner Steve was very responsive prior to us staying at this house, answered all our questions The House was clean, the outside was fantastic. We liked that this house had a bbq and that we didn't need to rent one. The propane was empty (which we knew could be the case) and we went to Walmart and got another one for $15 and BBQ 7 out of the 8 days we were down there. Besides the spa everything else worked. The pics online definitely didn't give how big this house is justice. Fantastic house and area (close to everything). We would definately stay here again

Roomy, comfortable, and well appointed.

Place was super comfortable. Lots of room for family with kids. Kitchen had the usual appliances and MORE. Multiple hair dryers in every room. Plenty of towels for both bath and pool. Bring paper products like napkins, paper towels. I left coffee filters and roll of paper towels but may not be available every time. Do wish that there were more spare toilet paper rolls. We ran out in one of the bathrooms. We found the last spare in one of the other baths. Should have one spare in each bathroom. Anything you need is easily purchased from the local grocery store a couple of miles away.

This is it, look no further

THE HOUSE IS SIMPLY AMAZING!!! During my stay I did not experience any issues!! There is a book in the home detailing the rules of your stay and it is pretty simple, nothing too tedious. The property manager was great, I always received timely responses regarding questions asked. Simply put my family loved the home and it was an amazing experience!!! For starters the home is beautiful and the pictures do not do it any justice. The home looks way more modern in person than the pictures appear. Also, the home is kid friendly and durable. I did not have to worry about fragile decorations everything is safely stored/decorated to avoid being broken or knocked over. The pool is amazing, the kids loved it. The home is 30 mins away from Disney World and a little less than 30 mins from the airport which makes it more amazing. The people in the neighborhood were very friendly which is a plus as well. The home is equipped with everything you can imagine. I definitely would book this home again for future visits. Thank you for hospitality and extending this rental to my family and I. We loved it.

The Perfect Home

We all enjoyed our time in the home. There was plenty of room for all of us, inside and out. There were nine in our group. We arranged for the rental of a highchair, for the little man, prior to arrival. Wow. A brand new one. Assembled, with tags still attached, at the kitchen table. The very best service! The pool area was the absolute best! This is the fourth home we have stayed in, in the area, and the third in Legacy Park. Too often, in previous homes, there were hardly enough chairs to accommodate our large group by the pool. Certainly not the case here. Plenty of chairs, tables, and comfortable loungers for everyone to enjoy. The pool is large and the hot tub is in deed, a ' hot tub'. From the initial booking, arrival, and any correspondence with the owners Steve and Denise, was an absolute pleasure. We did encounter a couple of very minor issues during our stay, but the management team, nearby, was very quick to respond and fix the issues. The wifi, throughout the home and pool area were never an issue for all the phones and tablets. If I had anything slightly negative about our stay, it would be the mattress in the master bedroom, where Tracey and I claimed for the week. I have scoliosis, and receive quarterly nerve block treatments, to help mask the pain. I found sleeping well each night a real challenge. It may be due for an update. I'm spoiled at home with the very best mattress. We would not hesitate to book this home again. Steve and Denise were fantastic.
