This converted barn is in the village of Groes near Denbigh and can sleep four people in two rooms.
Tyddyn Isa is a beautifully converted barn situated on a working small holding in the Denbighshire countryside. It has two bedrooms; both with double beds and one with an en suite, as well as a large family bathroom, and can sleep four people. There is also a large open plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting areas as well as a utility room. Outside there is plenty of parking for two cars. Tyddyn Isa is a wonderful bolthole in the picturesque Denbighshire countryside.
Amenities: Oil heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Post Office, shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Mezzanine bedroom is in the eaves of the property so ceiling is restricted in sections. Note: Stairs lead directly into first floor double bedroom and children to be supervised due to balcony and due to it being a mezzanine.
