Petrella's Point Studio

Petrella's Point Studio is a small, comfortable ground floor studio for solo travellers, couples and families of four. Easy access to a property is a rarity for Vernazza and the Cinque Terre. The owner entirely renewed it in Spring 2019.

The Studio
Petrella's Point Studio has direct access from the street that takes from the main square to the castle area.

We have first a kitchen corner placed over a stone wall and a dining area on the opposite side. Kitchen is ideal just for simple food preparations. Under the loft we find a double sofa bed. To our left we have a spacious bathroom with shower.

We have, then, access through wooden steps to a loft with double bed and wardrobe.

Furnishing is comfortable and welcoming. The property has recently gone under redecoration. Now it offers a lovely kitchen corner, dehumidifier equipment and exquisite decorations. A great place for a true village life experience

Why Choosing it
Petrella's Point Studio has a unique value: being ground floor it's good for guests with mobility issues. These guests can use eventually the double sofa bed at ground floor so avoiding using the other bed over the loft.

Restaurants, pubs and stores all at hand as the village beach and marina. Staying at Petrella's Point is like renting a luxury private cabin near the beach!

Good to Know
The property takes its name from the owner's family name, but it also reminds us of a more famous Petrella's Point, the newsagent that became a symbol at the intersection of Bowery with Canal Street in New York.

This property, too, lies in a strategical part of Vernazza from where you can start your discovery tour of the village! Up, left to the castle, down to to the main square and right to the Corniglia trail...
