The penthouse Lungomare Valencia, is located in a small building in the centre of Alghero with private garage available from June to the end of September, facing the sea, located on the second and top floor, has an internal living area of 160 m² with a large terrace.
The penthouse Lungomare Valencia, is located in a small building in the centre of Alghero, facing the sea, located on the second and top floor, has an internal living area of 160 m² with large furnished terrace directly overlooking the sea.
Outdoor furniture, sun awning, WiFi Internet, Smart TV, Barbecue, free private garage for cars no longer than 460 centimetres and taller than 170 centimetres.
The house is fully air-conditioned in both summer and winter.
The penthouse is located in the centre of Alghero near the Lungomare Valencia, close to the centre, with access to the sea under the house.
Private garage available for our guests cars no longer than 4.60 metres and taller than 1.70 metres.
Close to the penthouse is a bathing establishment, with sunbeds and deckchairs, open from morning until late at night, so that you can enjoy the sea, aperitifs and nightlife, all right on your doorstep.
Its main advantage is that it is in the centre of Alghero, so you don't need a car to go out at night. The flat is located in an elegant and well-serviced area, with various activities in the immediate vicinity that can be enjoyed without a car.
The house consists of 4 large bedrooms and a large living room, two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for cooking, a large living room with sea view and a large terrace overlooking the gulf where you can eat and have breakfast admiring the summer sunsets.
The location of this flat is enchanting, situated as it is near the sea and a short distance from the historic centre of Alghero.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, unlimited WiFi internet, Netflix. Iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, 50-inch TV.
- The number of guests must be communicated at the time of booking, no more guests than those communicated will be accepted
Extra guests not communicated in the booking will not be accepted
The penthouse is in the centre facing the sea. The car is not necessary in the city but is needed to explore the coast and beaches. The car is necessary for excursions to discover Sardinia.
