The third bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ample closet space (as do all the bedrooms), and a private balcony overlooking the garden and the sea.

The villa’s exterior is fully fenced with a private, gated entrance. The paved courtyard offers parking for three cars.

Due to the new short-term rental law in Greece (Law 5073/2023), effective from anuary 1, 2024, all guests who book through short-term rental platforms are required to provide passport or ID details and pay additional visitor tax upon arrival.

These tax must be paid in cash upon arrival, before check-in. The person welcoming you will collect the amount on behalf of the owner and issue a receipt for your payment. The collected taxes are then declared and submitted to the Greek state at the end of each month.
