This 1950's style cape is renovated to fit all your needs. Perfect for a families, girlfriend week-end, or just about anyone who wants to hang and relax in this beautiful open concept home.
With a queen bedroom on the first floor and A queen bed on the second floor. A comfortable daybed and a pull out trundle also located on the first floor. Another bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds. Pillow top mattresses for a comfortable nights rest.
You"ll find everything you need in the fully stocked kitchen to dine in or take a short walk for Chinese, pizza, burgers, Smoothies, or just a short drive to many restaraunts in the Lancaster area. Shopping , breweries, Amish tours, boating, are just a few things you could do. Grab an Urber and you don't need to drive.

Great stay!

Great stay for 4 adults and 4 children. Close to Lancaster attractions. House had everything we needed. Easy check-in. Communicative host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay to Explore Lancaster

This small cottage is very cute, suited all our groups need. We had 8 people yet had plenty of space. There is one full bathroom on the first floor, and a half bath on the first floor. I recommend staying here to explore Lancaster. Great location

Perfect house for our stay!

This house had everything my extended family needed during their 3 night visit. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was super convenient for all of needs and activities. The hosts were very flexible and responsive to our request for check in/out times. It is a great place to stay!

Cozy cape

The cozy cape was absolutely beautiful. The owners were very responsive. Location of the house to Millersville University is great. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit our daughter.

Sisters Trip

My sister, mom and two aunties enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cape. It was a comfortable place to rest after each days activities. The highlights included: seeing Moses at Sight and Sound and attended the hot air balloon festival.

Girl’s Trip

Great property. Home was very clean and just as listed. Nice and quiet location, close to downtown. Plenty of space for 4 friends on a girl’s weekend away. Would definitely rent again.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely home base in Cozy Cape when my parents and I came to clean out my late grandmother's apartment in Willow Valley. The house was immaculate and bright and exactly what we needed as a respite from our draining task. Thanks Julie!

Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 5; it served as a short 2-night getaway. The property was extremely clean and well-equipped. There was plenty of room and nice outdoor space. Communication with the owner was clear and timely. It is very close to a shopping center with several take-out options as well as a Sheetz. We highly recommend this property and would certainly stay again.

Cozy home away from home

Was in town for a religious festival. Just far enough from downtown to not deal with crowded roads but close enough to get anywhere you want within 20 minutes. The only down side is the road outside the house is on a curve and cars whiz by at anytime. The upside is everything you could possibly look for in a VRBO. Clean, cozy, and not too noisy.

Great location for day trips around PA!

We had a great experience here. It was perfect for our family of 6 (ages 8-16). The location was perfect as a home base for day trips to Hershey, Philadelphia, and Amish country. The house was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Julie was extremely responsive and communication was amazing. Bonus: There are tons of towels! It’s a funny thing to mention but I appreciated not having the wash towels everyday while we were there like I’ve had to at other VRBOs I’ve stayed at.

Hershey park

We first booked this for the week after Thanksgiving. The kiddos came down sick and we had to cancel. Julie was gracious enough to let us reschedule for weekend after Christmas. It was a hit! Kiddos had a great time. The home is accurate in the description. Very roomy and stocked with those bits and pieces you don't want to buy for a short weekend. Julie was very accessible. Great customer service!! Everything was great.Will definitely stay again if visiting that area again.

Beautiful, Well-appointed Home in Lancaster County

My family rented the "Cozy Cape" for two weeks in August for our Lancaster County vacation. We found the home to be well renovated inside, with modern appliances and fixtures throughout. It was cozy, but the open floor plan never made us feel like it was too small. The house was supplied with nice linens and towels, and we appreciated the small touches: some paper products, soaps, etc. I also especially liked the coded door lock - so much easier and safer than keys. The house was absolutely clean and spotless, something we don't always find with house rentals. There were a couple downsides: road noise and warm upstairs. However, we found good solutions to both: a fan in the master bedroom drowned out the road noise, and a fan blowing the nice cold air downstairs into the bedrooms upstairs. But even if we hadn't found solutions, we feel as though Julie would have helped us - she was a wonderful host. We would certainly recommend this rental to anyone.

Loving Memories

Our stay at Cozy Cape was wonderful! It was a resting place for my husband and I as we arrived from Oregon for our son's wedding and were joined by our daughters and other family members from Chicago and Austin. It was a great place to relax and enjoy one another's company. The house was beautiful and had all the comforts of home with an abundance of towels, kitchen comforts, wifi and lots of tv/movie viewing options. The beds were really comfortable, too; and provided us all with a good night's sleep. There was enough space that we never felt crowded. Just a short distance from the house is a convenience store, gas station and several places to eat. Wayside burgers were great! It was also conveniently located and made it simple to get to downtown Lancaster, and other local attractions. The patio was a great spot to sit and talk or just sip coffee and watch the birds. Julie texted to make sure we were comfortable, and let us know that she was available if we had any questions or problems. She has done a great job to be hospitable and reflects the best of Lancaster County. We are thankful for this, and will have many fond memories of our time spent together.

Was a nice stay but...

So we loved our stay. The house was very clean and organized. The only issue we had was that it was stated the check out time was 11 so that is what we planned for. However the owner said that the website was wrong and we had to check out at 10. I know that 1 hour isn't a big deal but with 3 kids every minute counts. The morning of the owner did send me a text saying that we can check out at 11 which was great but she did ask if we could wash and dry the towels. Again no biggie. She also asked us to bring the garbage and recycling out the night before since the garbage was piling up from previous guests which again not a big deal. I think we left the house in pretty good condition - running the dishwasher, cleaning all surfaces, laundry, etc... I think for being on vacation we took care of the home like it was our own and I guess it would have been nice to get a thank you.

Terrific Short Stay

Very clean and thoughtfully equipped house,comfortable beds. Only downside is no half bath on second floor necessitating late night trips down a steep staircase.

The Cozy Cape lives up to it's branding.

Very warm and cozy home. Lots of incidentals to show we were welcome and thought of. Good directions for exiting, with a written post so that we would not forget what to do. Host was quickly available if there was a need. Kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for daily meals when we needed to cook. Highly recommend to others.

We had the best time and the Cozy Cape was the perfect choice! So much room and it felt like home away from home! We were close to everything in Lancaster and I would stay here again! 100% recommend staying here! Can’t wait to come back in a few months!
