About this property

Elegant and cosy 2 bedroom apartment with quality modern decor and vintage furnishings, complemented by wireless fibre internet access and central heating, located in Vauxhall/Oval (SW8) close to transport links.
The apartment has two double bedrooms with quality beds and mattresses that can sleep four, spacious living room with sofa that can sleep one and modern kitchen & bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The bedrooms are clean and tidy with loads of natural light and can sleep up to two guests each, with a maximum of four/five guests for the entire apartment. Extra guests are not allowed.

The Kitchen is fully fitted with American fridge/freezer filtered cold water and ice dispenser, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and conventional oven, coffee machine, pans, bowls and etc.

The apartment is on the first floor of a residential building serviced by lift.

Guests have access to the entire flat, except the following locked storage: 1 locked wardrobe in the living room, 1 section out of 3 of the wardrobe in bedroom 1 (each mirror sliding door in the photo, represents one section) and 1 cupboard in bedroom 2.

The host will be present for check-in and check-out.

Perfect for London business stay

I just completed a 38 night stay at this flat south west of London. During the visit Ames and Theo contacted me to see if I needed anything. Very kind and hospitable. The flat is very clean, bright and roomy. Lots of natural light. It has everything you need to cook your own meals. It is well equipped and furnished. Shower has great water pressure too. Good entertainment options with Netflix and WiFi provided. The area itself is outstanding for gettin around. 3 tube and 1 overground within a 7-10 minute walk away. So weekend exploring is very easy. Can be to London bridge with a 10 minute tube ride. Victoria with a 5 minute ride. The neighborhoods are great. It feels a bit like Brooklyn New York to me with many brownstones. And Brixton and Clapham are close for great ethnic dining experiences. Around the flat there is many choices. Including outstanding. Portuguese, Ethiopian and Indian restaraunts. Great experience. Definitely would return ! Thank you Anes and Theo for letting me stay at your flat. I really enjoyed my time in London.

Theo, fantástico anfitrión

El piso está muy bien comunicado por metro y bus, pero hay que tener cuidado con la dirección porque no se entra por allí. Piso cómodo (hemos estado 2 adultos y 3 niños). Con una atención excelente por parte de Theo (housekeeper), quien amablemente nos recibió (con detalles incluidos) y con un plan de visitas, planos... Igualmente, al marcharnos. Fue muy atento en todo momento.

Great accommodation and hosts in a lovely area of London

The apartment is exactly as described in HomeAway, being overall very cozy and comfortable. It has a beautiful living room with lovely vintage furniture and a comfortable sofa, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (divided into two parts) and a super fast wireless internet facility. Everything was found to be extremely clean and we were greeted by innumerable gestures of kindness, not only from Ares, but also from his friend Theo, such as various foods, which made our first meals easier, and even a jug of beautiful flowers in the living room. The apartment is extremely quiet (you cannot hear anything from the street) and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. The bed and bath linens were of good quality and appeared to be new. Ares and Theo did well as hosts, thus making our stay very pleasant. We have much to thank them for the warm welcome and would highly recommend this accommodation to other guests.
