LUXURY VACATION FOR 6 PEOPLE IN "BAHIA GOLF" AND BEACH. FANTASTIC.
In front of the Social Club of Golf and next to the beach. A luxury vacation! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, large living room and terrace overlooking the golf course, and the orientation is perfect to enjoy meals on the terrace. The entire floor is exterior. Everything is decorated in light tones and is super bright. It has air conditioning / heating and garage with direct access to the house.
The apartment is in the "Bahía Golf" urbanization. The new and wide urbanization with large garden areas. This space between houses and large green areas to enjoy the pools or to simply enjoy the outdoors, is what makes it special. It also has paddle courts and 2 swimming pools (for adults and one for children). The urbanization is surrounded by golf. The beach is right next door (5 minutes) and is huge, it's great.
Costa Ballena is a residential cona located between the villages of Rota and Chipiona and along a huge and fantastic beach of "La Ballena". A tourist enclave of first order thanks to its green spaces, services and the fundamental combination of golf and beach.
It is strategically located next to some of the most typical towns and cities of the Cadiz coast:
- Puerto Sta María (wander through its streets, the casino ...),
- Jerez de la Frontera. Its streets, its shops, its wineries, its museum and the equestrian show.
- Doñana Natural Park
- Sanlucar de Barrameda.
- Chipiona
- Broken
- The city of Cádiz
- Etc.
A wonderful environment that is worth visiting.
