Condo has been remodeled very nicely and has the look and feel of a warm cozy atmosphere. Amazing sunrise views from your balcony! Condo is Oceanfront! Right on the Beach! Your Backyard is Sand! Walking distance to restaurants, dollar stores, Starbucks, Ben and Jerrys, bars, T shirt shops, Beach Bums, Soho, River City Café and the sky wheel. A Short Stroll Down the Boulevard Takes You to the New Amusement Funplex and Skywheel! Located within minutes to Broadway at the Beach, the Minor League Ballpark and the Convention Center. Large screen TV in bedroom and living room with cable TV as an added bonus. Free parking! Free internet/WIFI. Bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. One of the best-looking condos at the resort. Large lazy river, two hot tubs. Several pools, indoor (heated) and out. Everything in walking distance. Renovated with tile/ travertine flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator, freshly painted walls, very comfortable king-sized bed, Stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and plenty of utensils. We have four more units in this building if the dates you are requesting are not available; as well as two luxury condos 7 miles north as our newest addition. We enjoyed our stay! Excellent location, great for walks on the beach and close to the boardwalk. Nice view of the palm trees and sunrise in the morning. Great communication with the host when we had to make some adjustment so thank you very much.

Room was nice but it whoever cleaned it didn’t take the time to make sure their cleaning rags were put up. And they left hair in the bathtub. Other than that everything was nice.

Fantastic place and location

We stayed here for an extended weekend getaway and couldn’t be happier with the condo. It had everything we needed, an amazing view of the ocean, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable! The location was perfect, a quick 10 min walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants nearby. We look forward to staying here again!

We are Gary and Brenda Gerringer, a father daughter team. Residents of Myrtle Beach for over 20 years. Gary is a disabled Viet Nam combat vet and Brenda is a Rheumatology infusion nurse. For years, we had restaurants and took pride in great food, fast service and friendly faces. We truly enjoy making people happy and have repeat customers year after year. Our goal is to continue making people happy. We know how important it is to have a relaxing vacation. We want our guests to feel at home while staying on the beach. Thats why we have tastefully decorated our condos with that home feeling. We like to choose our guests carefully and hope to establish a relationship to last year after year. We have several units here at the Boardwalk more suited for larger families. This unit is uniquely suited for a couple with its decor. We look forward to giving our return, regular, guests special discounts after we establish our relationships with them. Our goal is for you a have a wonderful, memorable experience during your home here at the beach and look forward to hearing from you each year for another beautiful getaway. We chose The Boardwalk Resort for it's prime location. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, it is within minutes to Broadway at the Beach , The Convention Center and the Sky Wheel. The unit is within short walking distance to Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's, Dirty Don's, River City Café, Beach Bums and Soho restaurant and bar. The Boardwalk Resort is close to all of these amenities, yet far enough away as to not be overwhelmed by the crowds.

What makes this property unique

"A million-dollar view!" We enjoy sitting on the balcony in our comfortable patio chairs with a cup of coffee watching the beautiful sunrise! It is breathtaking and a relaxing peace goes along with the view. Beautiful front row seat to the amazing sunrise! Our condo is uniquely decorated and feels like a piece of home.
