6 person holiday home in Saltum

Bright and modern holiday cottage located on a large, hilly plot in the scenic Fårup Klitbakker at Saltum Strand. From a bench on a hill on the plot you have panoramic views of the ocean. You also have ocean views from other places on the plot. The house was modernised in 2014 with e.g. new windows and new furniture. It is bright, modern, well-kept and contemporary. Open concept kitchen and living room, 4 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is a wood-burning stove. Personal furnishings in the typical Danish cottage style. The living room is spacious and bright due to several large windows. Access from the living room to the open terrace where you can enjoy the sun in private as the plot is hilly and therefore sheltered by the dunes. The plot borders a magnificent natural area that has a trail to the beach. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
