Well-kept holiday cottage with whirlpool located on a large plot just approx. 700 m from the ocean at Grønhøj Strand. Living room in open concept with the kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating, whirlpool and sauna. The layout of the house makes it suited for 2 families sharing as there are 2 separate sections with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom each, separated by the living area. Tasteful and modern furnishings in a typical Danish cottage style. The living room is very spacious with a wood-burning stove. Terrace facing east/south/west of which a part is covered. Natural plot surrounded by low shrubs. There are swing and sandpit for the children. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
