Large, well-appointed and spacious holiday cottage on a secluded plot a few minutes walk from the sea and beach. The house was built in the spring of 2002 and offers good comfort, as well as the materials and furnishings are in a modern and tasteful style. The house is suitable for 2 families who wish to spend their holiday together. There is a heat pump. Large terrace. The house also has a whirlpool and sauna. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
