About this property

Very child-friendly holiday cottage on a secluded plot (1200 m²) at the end of a small, dead-end road. Approx. 400 m to a child-friendly, sandy beach. Living room with much natural light, wood-burning stove, flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite dish (with German programs among others) and CD player. Living room in open connection with kitchen, where you will find dish washer, glass ceramic cooker with fan-assisted oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven and fridge with freezer. Big scullery with washing machine, dryer and lots of cupboard space. Bathroom with big shower cubicle and an extremely practical washing/dressing table for babies. High chair, baby bath tub available. Big covered terrace. Two terraces – one for the morning and one for the afternoon/evening sun. Garden with sand pit, children's playhouse, summer/green house and outdoor cleaning table for fish. Enjoy the sunset with a view to the fields and the trees of wood.

Ein kleines Häuschen, dem es leider an Liebe und Zuwendung fehlt

Dies war unser 2. Urlaub in Dänemark und uns zog es wieder in diese Ferienhaussiedlung. Wir entschieden uns für dieses kleine Häuschen. Wir sind Anfang 30 und unsere Tochter ist 3,5 Jahre alt. Schon bei der Einfahrt ins Grundstück sah man den vernachlässigten Zustand des Hauses, sowie des Carports und des Gartens. Die Farbe blätterte vom Haus, ein kaputtes Glasdach des Gewächshauses, ein heruntergekommenes Spielhaus, Wildwuchs auf der Terrasse, ausrangiertes Holz und Möbel in einer Ecke des Gartens, 2 total verrostete und verdreckte Grills und und und. Drinnen war es ähnlich. Alles war irgendwie zusammengewürfelt und die Schlafzimmer rochen nach alten Möbeln und alten Matratzen. Vieles erschien noch original aus den 70er Jahren. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, obwohl wohl eine Nachkontrolle stattfand. Wir haben dann erstmal die Küche und das Bad geputzt. Leider waren viele Sachen beschädigt, wie die Spiegeltür des Kleiderschrankes, die Scheibe der Glasschiebetür im Wintergarten, Elektrik im Kinderspielhaus, Mikrowelle, Sessel,... Vielerorts waren Unfallquellen wie offene Kabel an der Steckdose, keine Lampenabdeckung in der Dusche direkt am Duschkopf, Herausstehende Nägel und Schrauben auf der Terrasse, am Windschutz und dem Tisch zum Ausnehmen von Fisch. Die Mikrowelle stank und war verdreckt, der Kühlschrank hatte kein Licht, die Dunstabzugshaube hätte schon längst einen Filterwechsel benötigt. Der angegebene Sandkasten war nicht vorhanden und die deutschen Fernsehsender funktionierten nur mit Rotstich oder gar nicht und die Batterien der Fernbedienungen waren leer. Die beiden Sofas haben auch schon viele Jahre auf dem Buckel und sind entsprechend rau, der Teppich trägt die Tierhaare von vielen verschiedenen tierischen Feriengästen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist der Geschirrspüler, Herd und die Waschmaschine. Die erschienen relativ neu, waren sauber und funktionierten einwandfrei. Es hatte aber auch etwas Gutes. Wir haben als Familie so viel Zeit wie möglich draußen verbracht und haben unsere Wohnung Zuhause nochmehr schätzen gelernt. Wie haben eine Nachricht an den Eigentümer weiterleiten lassen, in der wir all diese Mängel aufzählten. Wir baten ihn darum, dass er mehr Liebe und Zuwendung in dieses Objekt steckt, damit es ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen wird. Es steckt sehr viel Potential in dem Haus und dem Grundstück, aber es muss sich eben jemand darum kümmern.
