From the living room there is access to the 110 m2 large terrace, which surrounds the house on three sides. The whole house has underfloor heating and is heated energy-friendly via air to water heat pump. A well-appointed outdoor kitchen allows you to enjoy the warm summer evenings with the family on the terrace. From the house there is walking distance to the sandy beach Næs and to the town's idyllic center and harbor. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
