Although there are still few references, because we have not been long, we tell you that our greatest hope is that you want to repeat your stay and we will do everything possible because it is so.
ACCOMMODATION
With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, reading room and independent kitchen, the apartment is able to comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults.
Large terrace of more than 50m2, furnished to enjoy the good weather.
It has WiFi connection, TV 42 '', air conditioning (hot / cold) in living room and bedrooms, and is fully furnished and equipped.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
The apartment is delivered in perfect condition, with sheets, bath towels and towels for the pool.
A cot with sheets and mattress, and a baby high chair are also provided.
The equipment also includes bread toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, conventional oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner and washing machine.
The urbanization has a swimming pool, garden with common areas and playground for children. Outside there is a public parking area.
ATTENTION TO THE GUEST
We live in the same urbanization of the apartment, with what we are at your disposal, with great ease, for any problem you may have during your stay.
HOUSE'S RULES
1) The regulations of the Ministry of Tourism of the Junta de Andalucía requires the hosts of tourist homes to keep a record, for which it is necessary to provide a copy of the identity document or passport of guests over 16 years old, and proceed to the signing of the entry part of travelers that will be delivered to them upon arrival.
Also, it is reported that the registration of guests is mandatory on the WEB of hostels of the CNP (National Police Body), management carried out by us.
2) CLEANING BOND / Damage: We do not charge any amount for cleaning, but we deliver the house in perfect condition, with what we require that it be returned in the same condition (except bed and bath linen, of our responsibility). For this reason, and to guarantee that guests comply, a deposit of € 150 is requested upon arrival, in cash, which will be returned after departure, by bank transfer, after the apartment has been checked. This deposit also serves to cover possible damage caused by guests. If damage or dirt is detected out of the ordinary, the appropriate amount will be retained to face the associated expenses.
3) CLEANING: please use cleaning products during your stay to keep the apartment clean. Once in the apartment, you will receive clean glasses, plates and kitchen equipment, so when you leave, leave them clean. At the exit, leave the apartment tidy, do not leave trash or food inside the apartment.
4) PETS: In case of bringing pets, they are not allowed to stay in beds, chairs and sofas. It is not allowed to wash pets in bathrooms. If necessary, a tap with a hose is available on the terrace. If we detect that the pets have been uploaded to the beds or sofas, we will withhold from the deposit an amount equivalent to laundry cleaning and the corresponding invoice will be sent.
5) SMOKING: smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace.
6) NOISE: It is forbidden to hold parties or events in the apartment. Respect the rest of the neighbors during the resting hours (moderate the noise from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and from 10:00 pm onwards).
7) AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: you are asked to use it sparingly. Do not leave the equipment on if you leave the apartment.
