About this property

House with views over 50m from the beach sea

The house is situated in a holiday residence closed with green areas and parking.
It is very close to the sea (1 min walk) near shops and water activities.

It has been completely renovated.

It includes an American kitchen: fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher electric hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, ...
Air conditioning was put in the bedroom and the living room.
The living area has two pull-out beds, a TV and a table with chairs.
The accommodation is equipped with WIFI.

The room has a 160cm bed (new bedding) and is open to the terrace.

The two main rooms overlook the terrace, which makes them independent.

The toilet and bathroom are separated.

The apartment is extended by an overhanging terrace with outstanding sea views, equipped with a large table, sun loungers, and barbecue grill.

Free provision of an umbrella bed on request.

A deposit of € 400 will be required upon entry into the premises after inventory.
A cleaning fee of 50 € also applies.
Bed linen is optional (10 € per bed).

È bellissimo andare a letto e svegliarsi con il suono delle onde della spiaggia lì vicino. La presenza di un doppio tavolo per.ette di scegliere dove mangiare in base al sole e vento del giorno. Appartamento molto bene attrezzato, con tutti i confort come a casa. Unica nota di miglioramento: probabilmente eravamo i primi della stagione estiva e non era stato aperto per un po'. Nella camera da letto si respirava un po' di polvere, è bastato aprire e arieggiare un po'.

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR

Très belle copropriété située en face la mer à 30 mètres très bon accueil , petite maisonnette très propre et fonctionnelle .La propriétaire est vraiment sympa et très accueillante. Orientée plein sud- est le soleil brille en permanence Magnifiques balades a 5km a faire en forêt au milieu d'eucalyptus. Bonnes vacances à tous.

Belle situation très proche de la plage s, de la boulangerie salon de thé glacier, , très belle vue

Lieu très agréable, terrasse assez grande, donnant sur une vue sur mer . Nous avons acheté une barrière pour limiter l'accès de la terrasse au petit escalier. La propriétaire a pris en compte le besoin . Une très bonne semaine , Climatisation chambre et séjour

Très bon emplacement, plage sable blanc à 50m. Marie a été aux petits soins avec nous, très réactive quand la clim ne fonctionnait pas ou pour tout autre chose ! La location est conforme à l’annonce, la literie est super, tout l’électroménager est présent. Location vivement Recommandée!!

Les points positifs : la vue de la terrasse, la plage à proximité immédiate. Les points négatifs : peu d’entretien de la résidence, équipements de l’appartement (robinetterie, joints de la salle d’eau), parasol à disposition inutilisable, un transat cassé et non remplacé.

Belle vue de la terrasse . Proximité de la plage . Résidence peu entretenue.....Robinetterie usagée et rouillée ( fuite ) , bac à douche fatigué et aspect douteux.....Terrasse pas utilisable!!!!!!! cause ......Etat des canisses Lamentable!!!!!!!!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de pur bonheur dans ce logement simple mais bien équipé en électroménager ,climatisation ,et très belle terrasse avec vue sur mer, très belle plage de sable fin à 50m,boulangerie à50m et donc pain frais et croissant tous les matins !!!! Résidence calme avec parking,parfait pour 2,beaucoup de commerces à proximité. A conseiller sans hésitation,nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée ,adresse à conserver pour un prochain voyage en Corse!!!!!! Belle région avec de belles découvertes et nombreuses excursions possibles .

Magnifiques vacances!!

Notre choix s'est vite imposé pour cette magnifique villa et dès notre arrivée nous n'avons pas regretté ce choix: une vue superbe, une tranquillité parfaite, la maison est grande et fonctionnelle, rapport qualité/prix excellent! Un coup de cœur!

Parmi nos multiples locations saisonnières, cette maison restera comme l'une de nos favorites! L'état de la maison est parfait: l'équipement est complet, la maison est bien aménagée, la terrasse très pratique assure un grand confort. Bien sur la vue de la terrasse est grandiose! Amazing!!

This house was *perfect* for our friend getaway!!! The rental was equipped with all the comforts of home, allowing us to easily make our meals and thoroughly enjoy our surroundings. The views are breathtaking and the home is lovely. Do yourself a favor and book your relaxing getaway at Ruppione. You won't be disappointed!

Un coin de paradis

Les photos de la maisonnette nous avaient tapé dans l’œil sur internet; mais la réalité leur est encore supérieure. La maison est intelligemment conçue, soigneusement entretenue, presque tout l'équipement est neuf et rien n'y manque. Tout est pensé pour le plaisir du vacancier. La vue est exceptionnelle et de toute beauté. Rarement nous sommes aussi bien tombés, et au retour nous avons vanté cette propriété à tous nos amis. Oui, nous avons eu la sensation de vivre des vacances idéales.

Vacances inoubliables!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette location, du 7 juillet au 21. Cet endroit est absolument merveilleux!! La maison a beaucoup caractère et de charme, elle est située dans une résidence avec d'autres maisonnettes. L'intérieur est neuf, bien conçu, très pratique. La vue est magnifique, la plage tout près, les petits commerce aussi... bref que du bonheur!! Une bonne adresse à garder avec soin!
