A well-maintained holiday home with an activity room, whirlpool and sauna located in a peaceful area by the scenic Lodbjerg Hede. In the activity room there is a pool table, table football and workout equipment. The whirlpool and sauna are connected to the activity room and from here you can access the mezzanine. The house is well-arranged with an open kitchen section connected to the living room. Access to a 24 m² large conservatory. Energy friendly hear pump. A swing, sandbox, playhouse and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance) can be found outdoors for children. There is a also room for ballgames. There is a shelter in the garden where you can sleep in nature. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
