Renovated holiday cottage with tasteful, personal furnishings, large bright rooms and a completely secluded patio located on a large, common dune plot just approx. 600 m from the ocean and beach. The house was renovated in 2015 and has open concept kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating. The large windows let in a lot of sunlight and make the living room bright and appealing. There is a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings and costless heating. There is a small, covered terrace as well as a 100 m² large patio. The terrace has sunbeds and a grill. The common plot borders the beach. The area has a common playground with ball field, swings, sandpit and slide. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
