Well-kept holiday cottage with tasteful, modern furnishings, bright rooms and several terraces. The bathroom has a whirlpool and access to the sauna. From living room and terrace you have great views of the dune area. There is open concept kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms, alcove and a mezzanine with 2 mattresses and bathroom with underfloor heating. The house is furnished in a traditional Danish cottage style. The wood-burning stove and heat pump help provide cosy and low-cost warmth. There is 60 m² terrace facing east, south and west, a small section is covered. The house is located on a hilly common dune plot just approx. 200 m from the ocean and beach at Løkken. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
