Excellent stay

I would definitely recommend this villa. We were really impressed with all the memories the place provided. Many attractions around , nice and quiet neighborhood. It was nice that laundry detergent was provided and the pantry had some things for us to cook with as well. Such a beautiful home. Very clean and spacious. loved that they provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, . We needed new batteries for the fan and they responded quickly as well. would definitely recommend this place to others and would definitely choose to stay here again. Close to shops and the beach as well. Silver lake, SeaFood restaurant super quality amazing food with reasonable prices. Host perfect , helpful show us many attractions , good English. Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay while in Thailand The location of the Villa is incredibly convenient to all areas and the access to the beach was fabulous.... What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We can't wait to come back!

It was not clean when we arrived . It was not maintained well.

The home was a mess when we arrived the linens were very poor . Fell through the master bed on the first night we arrived . It was repaired the next day .Hired a cleaner the next day to clean the home . Plumbing under the sink was leaking and plugged. We got blamed for this . Finally got the beds fixed and some linens . We bought some pans to cook with . The pool did not work right . And the neighbors dogs bark all night long . All and all not a comfortable place to stay at all.
