Placed on a large lot, this home’s outstanding exterior will quickly become the place everyone wants to spend their free time either on the balcony taking in the view, relaxing in the hot tub, on the beach, or on the shaded lawn area with BBQ and picnic table. This charming home boasts 3,200 square feet of tastefully appointed living space, making it ideal for families or groups out for an unforgettable getaway.

The upper-level features a comfortable living room with gas fireplace, large dining area, fully-equipped kitchen stocked with all the necessary modern cooking appliances, pantry, washer/dryer, master bedroom with cozy gas stove, jacuzzi tub with a view, queen size bed and private bath. Second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a shared guest bath. Downstairs is a game room with foosball table, two shared bathrooms, and four bedrooms each with access to the beach and private mirrored sinks.

Incredible House

We had a magical time, the property was unreal and the views of lake Tahoe and hot tub were tremendous. The house was stocked with all the amenities we needed and location so wonderful. We would love to visit again and rent this beautiful house for another special family trip in the future!

Well stocked kitchen, we ate in every meal to save some money. Only a few minutes to downtown South Tahoe. The view was amazing from most of the rooms. Quiet neighborhood, steps to the lake. Would highly recommend.

Great ski vacation stay

We had an amazing time at this property for our 2023 winter ski vacation with my family and friends. The owners are very responsive and flexible. The location is perfect to go skiing at Heavenly and the morning vue on the lake is incredible.

Wonderful home in a beautiful location

Lake Tahoe is incredible. This house exhibits that. It’s both convenient to locations while being in an area that provides solitude. Our family of multiple adults and kids enjoyed our stay. The large table for family dinners was incredible.

Amazing House... amazing weekend

This was the perfect weekend retreat with an awesome group of friends. The house was the perfect size, had enough beds and privacy. Great water pressure and beach access as well. Next trip to Tahoe, must check it out.

Beautiful Location

Stayed in ski season, less than a mile from the lifts. The house is right on the lake, which makes for a wonderful beginning and end to the day! Check in and communications with the hosts were very straightforward and helpful. Highly recommend this home and hosts year round!

family reunion

The house was perfect for our family reunion. I loved that the beach was shallow for the kids to play safely in the water, one of the few places on Tahoe. The location has many activities available and a buoy for our boat. My family all said can't wait until next summer to do it again.

Best week ever!

Absolutely amazing property and location. Hosts are very accommodating. House is spacious and well planned for large family gatherings. Private beach, large yards, hot tub...this property has it all ..and it's located right in the middle of South Lake Tahoe...but being in a private gated community you don't feel the hustle and bustle of the area. Literally walking distance from everything in South Lake. Truly magical property and we will definitely be back!

Great location and very nice house

Overall the location and house were great. Also had many house accessories like condiments that made it great since we forgot many condiments. The kitchen is definately well equipped. My only complaint is that the bathrooms were not as clean as I would like. They had water build up stains. They looked wiped down, not clean. Also, the shower head in the master sprays out of the shower unless you adjust it toward the wall and bath up against the wall.

Stunning House on the Water!

This place exceeded my expectations! I booked this house for a girls weekend and the house/location could not have been better. I love how the house is right next door to Riva Grill. We walked over for dinner at night and during the day rented kayaks and paddle boards. On top of a great location, the owners are VERY responsive and live locally in South Lake TAhoe. When the hot tub wasn't working the owners met us at the house that very evening to help us figure it out. It turned out all we had to do was fill up the tub with more water but I am so appreciative that they took the time to even come out to the house and help us! I would definitely book this place again in a heartbeat!

Pictures don't justify the location.

Great property and great location. But... The owner claims on their contract that they "almost always refund 100% of the deposit", but that is not true in my case. We were told that we have to remove the sand from the tub with no instructions and tools to do so despite paying a large cleaning fee and also cleaning the unit thoroughly prior to our departure. We were also blamed for breaking a chair which we put aside when we walked in since it was clearly broken before we arrived! Otherwise, highly recommended.

Location and view is perfect

We stayed in this home for the 2nd time and absolutely love the home location and community. The property is private, has plenty of grass and sand to play on and is right next to a rental for water toys, however just heads up— the home is not modernly updated. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and eat. The owner Vicky was great to work with, she personally called me to notify that check-in for the home was an hour earlier then anticipated. I was able to text her with super quick responses. Suggestions for the owner- - new/more pillows in the rooms (the two in the master were completely flat) - more towels - provide some beach towels - living room carpet looks like it needs to be replaced - we couldn’t get the AC to work in the master or living room, could be a user error but seemed like a basic thermostat so not sure why it wasn’t working. Overal, this home is great for large retreats and RR. Would highly recommend.

Perfect family vacation home

We loved our stay at this beautiful home on the lake! So convenient, was fully stocked with everything you need to make a holiday dinner. We came up for Thanksgiving. Big spacious family, eating area to play games and have a great family time. Convenient walking distance to stores shopping, etc.. owners, very accommodating, and nice to let us check in early and out late because of the unknown weather conditions. Very nice, easy check in and out🥰

Wonderful for all ages

Had a great time. The house is in a perfect location, close to everything and the natural beauty is breathtaking. The pictures honestly do not do it justice. We had a large family group ranging in age from 2 months to 82. This property had everything we needed and more. Our 2 year old grandson enjoyed the sand toys, we all enjoyed the paddle boat and just relaxing by the lake. The apartment over the garage made a great place for the younger folks and late night board games. Rented boats at the pier to go to Emerald Cove too which was a lot of fun. The entire group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we definitely would return.

Beautiful, Spacious Lake Tahoe Home

Lovely, spacious, beachfront home right on Lake Tahoe with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. Amazing California sunsets. First floor bedrooms each had private access to the beach. Outdoor dining table for al fresco meals. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the cool nights.
