This modern, barn conversion is in the village of Llanuwchllyn near to Bala in North Wales and can sleep 2 people in 1 bedroom.
Bothi is a lovely, modern barn conversion situated in the village of Llanuwchllyn near to the town of Bala in the Snowdonia National park in North Wales. The cottage can sleep two people in a double bedroom and has a shower room, with a basin and WC. The rest of the cottage is made up of white a fitted kitchen and an area for dining, and a sitting room with TV. To the outside of the cottage is a patio with furniture and off road parking for 2 cars. The area is perfect for keen walkers and cyclists, and the nearby river means that fishing can be organised on prior arrangement from the owner.
Amenities: Underfloor heating throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. TV with Freeview, Blu-ray and DVD player, 4G coverage, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Hot tub. Bike storage on request. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Small drop from the patio, care to be taken.
