This beautifully remodeled ground level, 1 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo, features all new stainless steel appliances, air condition throughout, king size memory foam bed, 60 inch and 55 inch 4K flat screen TVs with Bluetooth Sound Bar/Subwoofer, queen size memory foam murphy cabinet bed, crib and fold-out foam mattress for floor, strap on high chair, and everything you need for the beach and kids.

Walk out from the ground level lanai on to the beautiful Kamaole Sands grounds. Just steps to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and a 3 minute short walk to the beach. Located in quiet building 5, unit #113 (5-113) is 900 sq. feet with A/C throughout, cable TV and internet streaming 4K TV’s, Blu-Ray player, WiFi, washer/dryer in unit, ceiling fans, and has everything you need for the kids and beach.

Kamaole Sands, a 15 acre resort, located directly across from Kamaole Beach 3 in Kihei Maui, has beautiful tropical grounds with fountains and ponds. The resort features a heated swimming pool, two jacuzzi’s, toddler swimming pool, gas BBQ grills, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, ping-pong and foosball, and concierge to book island activities. A short walk to Kihei’s restaurants, bars and shops and a short drive to the Wailea area and world-class Wailea and Makena golf courses. Every Wednesday afternoon at 3pm live Hawaiian music at the pool.

Ice chest, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, and collapsible wagon to carry everything needed to the beach.

We so enjoyed the space!
If you want to be close to the pool and grill walking out your back door, this is perfect. Our family enjoyed this space so much. The Murphy bed was actually comfortable, along with the bedroom king size bed.Our host was so nice to let us check in a tad early which allowed the 4 and 6 year old to play in the pool while Mom unpacked,East access to the beach and we walked over every night to see the sunset!Very enjoyable!

We had a great stay
This was a very nice property on a well maintained condo complex. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and all the extra beach gear was a huge plus. The condo is located steps away from the pool which was very convenient. We will look to book this property again when we visit Maui.

Loved everything about this home. We have stayed in many different properties on Kamaole Sands and this has been the best. We always look for ground floor so the kids can run around while we’re cooking, relaxing, etc. this property had the best stocked kitchen we have seen, which is great for the amount of cooking we do. Nice furniture, well maintained. As I said, just perfect. Thanks so much to the hosts!

Kamaole Sands- Maui
Another wonderful stay in Maui at another Kamaole Sands condo. Property owner, Ted was great to work with as he always has been for us over the years. So prompt in responding to any questions or problems that we have needed to work through. This time it was shortening our trip by a little due to our daughter’s health. The condo was furnished nicely with all of the extras that any beach going-family would want, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. If your family loves pool time you can leave this condo and be to the pool in less than one minute. Having an AC unit in the master bedroom along with the family room area where the kids slept at night was very nice. Kamaole is definitely our home away from home!

Comfortable Kihei Pit Stop
This condo is comfortable and located in a great family friendly complex. The beach is right across the street and the unit is stocked with ALL the beach gear you need! It was a decent stay for the 5 of us (3 kids ranging from 6-11) for 2 days. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. We loved the ground floor unit, and the comfy lanai furniture. The unit has great bones but there are a few areas that could be improved upon. 1)When we arrived, the condo did not smell clean. We isolated a fishy smell to the toaster oven, which then made it unusable. This was a bummer because we had a bunch of bagels, English muffins, bread, etc we were hoping to use up before the end of our trip, and the smell lingered the entire 2 days. (I did notify the owner so the cleaners could take care of it before the next guest). 2) The condo sleeps 5, but there were only 4 beach/pool towels. We made it work, but it is nice to have at least as many towels as your condo sleeps. 3) There is an outlet on the island that has sticky notes next to it that says “DANGEROUS DO NOT USE or TOUCH” but is not covered. Our kids are over 6, but if we had a toddler, this would have made me very nervous. It’s an easy fix to have it removed or covered. 4)The primary room has an in room AC unit, which we’re not used to, so we weren’t prepared for how loud it was while running all night. The bed (in the primary room) is quite firm. Doable for a few nights but too firm to sleep on for a week in my opinion.

Great Condo and Very Responsive Host!
It as a great place to stay during our 13 day vacation. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted. The wagon was especially appreciated for hauling the beach stuff to the beach! Pros: condo location is great across from Kamaole Beach 3 and in Bldg 5 next to pool, ground level is convenient, I like the security of gated complex, extra bed in 1 bdrm condo is huge bonus and cost saving. Blackout curtains in living room for person sleeping in there, but also to keep cool in the afternoon. Cons: AC unit in bedroom is very loud so it's hard to sleep with it on during the night. The condo could use a deep clean IE washing all the floors and baseboards and corners. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Overall a great stay and very well equipped for kids!
We enjoyed our 16 day stay at this property. Have stayed in many Kamaole Sands units over the years and you can’t beat the proximity to pool and lower level grass access, especially with small kids. We had our 2 year old twins and 4 year old along and the condo was well equipped with toys for them. Our 4 year old utilized the floor futon which was perfect for him. The Murphy bed is suitable for kids and although it is better than a pullout couch, it wasn’t comfortable for my husband or myself. Unit was clean and very functional. Really appreciated that a new blender and beach umbrella were dropped off during our stay as well. A new coffee pot would be a huge plus! Thanks to Ted for having us. Would return to this unit for future trips.

Comfortable stay
We stayed here for 9 days, and this property was well stocked with appliances and utensils, we even had containers for our leftovers. The murphy bed was perfect for the kids and was easy to set up and stow using the instructions. Being on the ground floor was incredibly convenient and the key for the sliding door was nice so we could lock up walking right out to the courtyard. The only beach equipment we used were the chairs and the sand toys for the kids, but everything appeared to be in great condition. The only issue we had was the refrigerator water and ice did not work, but the owner was quick to respond and will surely have it fixed soon. We left ice trays and a brita filter pitcher in the meantime. We've stayed at Kamaole Sands 10 times over so many years in different properties and overall, this was one of the nicer ones that we've used.

Perfect location
This location is perfect for accessing a fantastic beach, just down the street from restaurants, and the grounds and pool were wonderful. The unit itself was clean and roomy, even for a one bedroom. I loved that the second bed for our kids was a Murphy bed rather than pull out couch so we still had access to the couch. Kitchen was well-stocked. We appreciated having access to laundry as well. The unit included beach chairs and toys, which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again when on Maui.
