Exclusive property in first line of sea, and with spectacular views, located between the beach of Sa Riera and the port of Aiguafreda. With two levels, its bright and diaphanous interiors offer a large living dining room leading to a large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, toilet, and TV room. On the lower level are four double bedrooms, three of them with their ensuite bathroom and two leading to a private terrace. Outside, where the green of the pines mingle with the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea, there are different chill-out areas and the large swimming pool with solarium. Parking for several cars.
