The Best Location Ever

This apartment was perfect for our first ever visit the Rome. The best part is the location - you are within easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain in one direction and the Spanish Steps in the other direction. We also walked from here to the Pantheon and Roman Forum. Check in was smooth, the apartment was very clean, and so handy to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. Close to multiple grocery stores and good restaurants. The only thing we missed was a shower (there is a bathtub with a sprayer) but that's Europe. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was a great find for my wife and me. We really enjoyed staying. There was lots of room and a separated living and sleeping space. The apartment was charming and had a lot of character. My wife and I were able to walk everywhere--to historical sites, museums, restaurants. The staff or individuals coordinating the check-in were fantastic. The only downsides were the following: (1) The apartment was "clean" but could use a deeper clean. (2) This third-floor apartment has low water pressure, which was occasionally an issue with the toilet and the kitchen sink. It may be an issue beyond the owner's control. I would highly recommend it for a couple or a family of four (there's a couch in the apartment.)

Great location

The property is right in the heart of the city, the description was accurate on the amenities. The a/c does not work well and the one in the bedroom did not work at all. The host told us right at the start that if something did not work it was user error, so we tried several times to reset it and unplug it and it still would not work. The host was very rude upon check in and made us feel unwelcome from the start. Luckily that was the only rude person we encountered in Rome! Very close to Trevi, very close to Spanish steps, walking distance to most attractions in Rome. Great restaurants close by, but street noise is loud, so difficult to keep a window open, must rely on a/c which does not work great. Other than that, the place was well stocked with what you needed and provided a restful place after walking the city all day.

Excellent Experience

The apartment was very comfortable for my wife and I the 4 nights we spent in Rome. Access to sights and restaurants was exactly as stated. We were able to enjoy sights and eateries from all over the city within 30 minute or less walks in most cases. Costanza, the property manager was very easy to contact with a minor issue we encountered. The apartment was safe, secure, and very accessible. Fully recommend.

Great Location!

Our experience was great from start to finish! Upon booking Costanza asked if we needed assistance with transportation. She coordinated our transportation from the airport to her apartment and also to the cruise port. This was such a help. The house guide listed all the restaurants in the neighborhood and surrounding areas with some amazing recommendations. Definitely worth a visit and you can’t go wrong with this apartment.

Fantastic Stay!

The condo was perfect for our stay! Clean, attractive, conveniently located and within walking distance to the main attractions, we were very pleased with our choice. And our hostess, Costanza, was a great communicator, friendly, informative & helpful. She provided a good map and took the time to recommend sites as well as places to eat. The best advice she gave us, however, was to “get lost here” — that was perfect for wandering all the fascinating and picturesque streets. We had a great stay!

Good location to many sights

Overall we enjoyed our stay and we were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to see. The location won out; however our stay was not without issues. The WiFi never worked for the entire duration and no response from the host upon contacting her. The AirCon in the bedroom was only slightly cool, this would have been a big issue if we had stayed in July when the real summer heat hits. Also no response from host on the AirCon issue upon contacting.

Great Location

This property is situated 5 minutes from the Barbarini metro station + a 10 minute walk to the Trevi and Spanish Steps. Everything was very nice except there were no instructions for the washer but the host was helpful immediately via text. A safe, nice neighborhood within walking distance of many sites and the Metro to get you elsewhere.

Perfectly located Rome apartment

Costanza was such a charming and informative host! We took many of her recommendations for cultural and historic sites as well as restaurants, and all were wonderful. She arranged airport pickup and dropoff also, and both were seamless. The apartment was comfortable and easily walkable to many museums, Trevi fountain, and the Spanish steps. Barberini metro is only 2 blocks away, making it easy to get farther afield quickly. The bed was comfortable and the living/dining area offered plenty of space for a couple. The washing machine in the unit worked well and allowed us to travel light. Would recommend to anyone for a relaxing Roman holiday.

Lovely Stay!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment in October of 2023, our stay was WONDERFUL! First of all, our host, Costanza, was 5 star! She communicated with me 2 weeks prior to our arrival to ensure check in details which I deeply appreciated. She met us in person to check in and cover details of the apartment. She also gave us plenty of tips and covered a local map with us. She was very attentive during our stay. The apartment is charming, warm, beautifully decorated and clean. The layout of the bathroom was also great and worked well for 2 people. The bed and pillows were also very comfy! The location of the unit was perfect for us! It is on a quiet street with local charm and very close to several key sites including Trevi Fountain. The view from the apartment windows is gorgeous! There are 2 restaurants right outside the apartment, we ate at both, they were excellent! Do not hesitate to stay here, book it! We will absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful place by Spanish Steps

The owner/manager of the property was such a wonderful communicator, which I have come to appreciate so much on this trip where I'm staying at a number of VRBOs. Whenever I had a questions, she was quick to respond with very helpful answers. There are many restaurants close by. Two of my favorites were her recommendations: On the pricier/fancier side was Life Ristorante (SO DELICIOUS and spacious and classy) and the other seemed like more of a local favorite, Trattoria Della Stampa (again, SO DELICIOUS!!! Especially their eggplant...but not nearly as many tables available. While I was there, I saw them turn away people every five minutes who did not have a reservation, not an exaggeration). There is no elevator at this lovely place, so if you have heavy luggage, it'll be a bit of a to do getting them up three flights of stairs. But I had just one carry-on and a backpack so it wasn't bad. I felt very safe here. The keys worked great, the doors sturdy. The bathroom was beautiful but small. There was a washing machine and a drying rack! Yay!! The living room felt very spacious to me. There is no view from the bedroom, and the bedroom is pretty small, but the bed was big and comfortable. AC in both rooms. The kitchen looks very modern, it is very clean.... and stayed clean because I can't cook, sadly:) I would stay here again when I'm in Rome.

Short but wonderful stay at Vis Crispi

Costanza was a great host. So thoughtful. There was a map and list of useful tips and addresses for us. She arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and offered great suggestions about getting to the train station as we left town. The apartment was very clean, comfortably cool and so quiet at night even though we were very close to restaurants, cafes, shops, Trevi and the Spanish steps. I would absolutely stay here again and again!

Great appartment, awesome location

We visited in late April early May and it is a wonderful appartment, located close to the Spanish steps and other tourist sites in Rome. Most things to do are well within walking distance. The view from the sitting room window offers the road to the Spanish steps in one direction and Guardini Quirinale in the other. There is a convenience store very close by for all your needs. There are also several restaurants close by. Constanza received us at the appartment quite early in the morning and the driver arrangement she has is very convenient and reasonably priced. If you are so inclined, there is a kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Checkout was as easy as leaving the keys on the table and closing the door behind us. The driver was very punctual, very early in the morning, which was great. A few things to be aware of: if you have trouble walking up stairs the appartment is up three flights of pretty steep narrow steps. And there are three steps up from the hallway to get into the bathroom. Asking about the trash pick up/drop off would be smart. We asked the lady downstairs and she said to leave it on the street corner. We thought that was unsanitary, in hindsight we should have just asked Constanza, so we left quite a bit of trash behind mostly just plastic, paper and glass waste in the appartment, not ideal, but we thought that the cleaning service would handle that. Overall a lovely stay. We sure hope we can come back.

Beautiful apartment, prime location, wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Clean, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The property is in a great location-we were able to walk everywhere. There are also plenty of taxis driving by all the time. It is close to many restaurants and we always felt safe walking around at night. I highly recommend this property, in part, because of the kindness and honesty of the host, Costanza. When we checked out, we accidently left a wallet containing several hundred US dollars/euros cash in a dresser. By the time we realized, were already on our way to the next city and were unable to return to the apartment. Costanza went out of her way, and took time out of her days, to return the money to us. We are so grateful to her for that. Costanza, and her lovely apartment, helped to create a wonderful first trip to Italy!
