Great villa with pool in the north of Mallorca.

It is situated between Muro and Can Picafort, only 3 km from the beach.

Capacity for 10 people.

Large living room. Fully equipped kitchen that connects to another living room with a fireplace.
There is a total of 6 bedrooms, two with double beds and the other four with two single beds. There are four bathrooms, one of them with shower and the others with bathtub.

Spectacular outside area. Large swimming pool with waterfall, sun beds, various rest areas, barbecue, children's play area and beach volleyball court.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity and air conditioning according to consumption (0,30 €/kW).
- Optional heating at 15€ per day
- Option of fencing the swimming pool 150,00 €.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
