Situated in Itri, Characteristic and charming newly renovated farmhouse, within an organic olive farm, about 5 km from the beaches of Gaeta. The house consists of four bedrooms and four bathrooms (3 double and one triple), all with new internal bathrooms and large "walk in" showers; the house can accommodate a total of 9 adults, large kitchen (equipped with professional dishwasher, refrigerator, 6-burner kitchen type restaurant, washing machine, all new 2020, pots and pans) and a small reading room on the ground floor. Two entrances Portico and hall, fenced park of 2.5 hectares with two internal streets for wonderful walks in Nature. Private access, unattended, uncovered private parking spaces. Good cellular signal, adsl is not present. Among the various facilities are barbecue facilities, a garden, as well as a shared lounge. At the guest house, the rooms include a wardrobe. The area is popular for snorkelling and cycling, and bike hire is available at the accommodation. Cassino is 34 km from S. Martino 30. We are 400 mt close to Itri Rail Station. The nearest airport is Naples International Airport, 75 km, Rome Airports 120 km from the guest house.

After 25 years of work in the city and in the IT field, I returned to the den where I was born, the San Martino countryside about 4 km away. from Formia the city of Virgilio and Cicerone, with the splendid Gulf of Gaeta, the Via Appia and Francigena, a marvelous stretch of coast that of the Riviera di Ulisse and the Pontine Islands that deserves to be visited for the countless scenic attractions (Beaches , islands, mountains, seas and lakes) and cultural. We started this project of revaluation of the family properties in a new eco-sustainable key already starting from 2014 and pursuing this project today eatquality is a small agricultural company with two expanding sites (Itri and Lenola) where the two sister core businesses of olive growing and experiential agritourism receptivity are our mission. Let our visitors know and rediscover the cadenced rhythms of Nature in a new 2.0 reading of organic, formative and curative agriculture, which can direct the new generations into a full vision of how much we must return to rediscover the substance of things and the true priorities in little time available
