Great location!

Wonderful spacious apartment in a perfect location. Literally can see the pantheon from the window. 3rd floor. Master very quiet. Beds firm.Comfortable for up to 6 guests. Gian easy to deal with. VRBO platform a bit clunky.

Spacious flat in superb location

We rented the apartment for 3 nights during Rome’s hottest ever week. Giuseppe made us very welcome. It was a refuge from the heat and we could keep it pleasantly cool. It is also very quiet given its busy location close to the Pantheon. Very tidy and clean. The only thing I request to change is a bigger chopping board in the kitchen! Thanks for a lovely stay.

AMAZING property

This was in the absolute perfect location! The apartment was very comfortable for 3 women enjoying our celebration. Gian was a great host. I will definitely be back.

Great location

The place is spacious and in a great location. Appreciated the toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent, etc. Generally well stocked with essentials. The washer and dishwasher both worked fine! (There is no dryer.) We stayed as a family of 4... there was plenty of space for all of us, we appreciated the two bathrooms, and felt safe in the building. Even being in the center of the city the windows did a good job of blocking noise at night. The mattresses are not the most comfortable but we managed ok for the week. The shower in the main bedroom has an extreme amount of black mold - I would be cautious if you have asthma, respiratory problems, etc. Also, the air unit in the main bedroom was blowing black dirt/mold out of it so we didn't use it and just cracked the windows for air circulation. It was not hot while we were there, so we did not require the use of the air conditioner. The host was very nice and responsive. He also helped arrange transport to the airport- the driver was also very nice and prompt! Overall, the place is generally clean and well-stocked and it's in an amazing location. The host was nice and responsive, but there are definitely some mold issues that are present.

The location was fabulous. Apartment was comfortable with temperature. Not a location to wash clothes mid travel as washer dryer takes about 5-6 hours per load. The beds are really really hard. Host always available. Apartment was really clean, however, extreme amounts of mold in ceiling above the master shower. Wifi worked well.

Location location location

A lovely apartment in the centre of Rome. Literally steps away from the Pantheon. Clear instructions on arrival. You are in the heart of Rome but it is very quiet in the apartment. We were a group of 5 plenty of room for all of us. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing Apartment Amazing Location

This apartment was perfectly situated within walking distance of nearly all of the sites that we wanted to see. The apartment was spacious and the host was amazing!

Amazing location!

The property is in an amazing location. We woke up early every morning just to walk out and see the pantheon without a lot of people.Gian was very responsive and helpful when we needed assistance mid stay with the washer.The property is reportedly going to go under some repairs to address the concerns with the showers and paint.

Pantheon Apartment

Gian was very helpful and accommodating. It had plenty of room for our family of 5 and the location was terrific- walk out the front door and see the Pantheon!

Great location next to the Pantheon!

Gian welcomed us to the apartment and gave us all the indications. We went in December, we had a good heater, hot water and comfortable bed. We had great cappuccinos in the morning before we left the apartment. Around the property there are great coffee shops/restaurants. Great location, walking distance to see popular attractions main one Trevi Fountain!, use google maps to help. If you prefer taxis/uber, walk behind the apartment for the stop. For my kids, WIFI worked super well to compensate for no TV in the apartment. But who cares about TV when you are in ROME!

What a great location. We were able to walk to most of old Rome.The host was really helpful and even met us on arrival even though we came in at night. The apartment was clean and comfortable as advertised.I would definitely recommend this for your stay. But it was the location and the response from the host (once we worked out to communicate directly) which made this accommodation and fantastic.It

Oasis in Rome

As we walked through a bustling alleyway, just a block from the Pantheon, full of shops, restaurants and tourists we came to two large green doors. Unlocked the door and stepped into a long quiet hallway, up some stairs and into a small old-fashiony elevator. Up to the third floor and the door opened right at our apartment. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Our teens loved having their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was so convenient and well stocked.. The apartment itself was nice. The coolest thing is the location. As a tourist it was perfect and in the middle of everything - but at the same time very quiet (was told new windows). We’d recommend.

Great location, clean, not well maintained

The apartment was centrally located and fairly quiet due to new windows. It was clean, but we were very disappointed with the inaccuracy of the listing. The pictures made it look bright and well maintained. As other reviews mentioned, there is no tv. This wouldn’t have been an issue, except two of us got sick and were stuck in the apartment for long periods. The furniture and was old, smelly, in disrepair and uncomfortable. All the beds had springs that woke us all up at night. There was an old person house smell, very unpleasant, compounded by strong laundry detergent smell on linens. The overall feeling was of a party bachelor pad. The secondary bathroom ran out of hot water if I washed my hair (and it’s short). The door didn’t close and there were no hooks to hang towels. The shower area plaster was coming off the wall, and the door doesn’t stay open. If you don’t value the condition of the fixtures or basic comfort, it’s a great location and fairly clean spacious apartment to stay at. Giacomo was respectful during check in, but made excuses when I asked about the listing accuracy (that he could not update the listing - what?!). Communication was also lacking before and after check in, I messaged our passport info and asked about receipt confirmation, and what to do with the garbage. I got no response using WhatsApp, which he specifically said he pays attention to. If we weren’t battling sickness, I would’ve made a complaint to get our money back. Disappointed.

Rome Vacation Stay

Location fantastic. Apartment spacious. However, there is no dryer as mentioned. The washer has a centrifuge option to spin clothes longer to decrease moisture, but drying racks must be used to dry clothing so pack accordingly. It can be frustrating at times to get hot water for showering but with persistence it is possible. Communication with the owner was the most challenging as pre-arrival communications were not answered timely through the VRBO app. This was addressed upon check in and a WhatsApp number was provided but responses were still delayed. Overall, the apartment is in a great location, well equipped, and spacious.

Perfect location in Rome

We had a great time in Rome based on staying in this apartment. The location was so convenient to be in walking distance to all the major sites. There were plenty of restaurants right outside of the front door and only a few steps to the Pantheon. If there was a downside to the apartment, the beds were a tad too hard, but it did not take away from the hospitality that was provided.

Great location, great host

Not as advertised

Good part is location is very good. Near main points of central Rome. Check in was non existent, no greeting, no explanation of things in house, left the key in the door and that’s it. Bathroom off living room had NO hot water, plaster peeling off walls in bathroom, bedroom and most walls scuffed and needs painting. Tried to wash and dry as advertised and didn’t work. Never meet the host, one of the worst VRBO rentals and we have been with 10+ visits, took pictures of all and vent in bathroom is caked with dirt and mold.In my opinion we’d like a refund, apartment didn’t match the pictures or any welcoming.

This is an amazing property!

I can’t even begin to tell you how much we loved staying here! Four seniors stayed here. Loved that there was an elevator. Perfect location in the historical district. We walked almost everywhere! The apartment is very roomy, very clean. Nice big modern bathrooms. The owner Gian was fantastic to work with, very responsive! Can’t wait to go back to Rome, I know where we’re staying.

Rome sweet home!!

We enjoyed our stay. We had. Great friendly host. We did though miss having a TV! weather was so hot and muggy, you could only stay out for so long. Area is bustling with people and lots of restaurants right out your door! Thank you Gian
