This tranquil, four-bedroom home, close to Clapham Common, sleeps 9 guests comfortably.

LIVING ROOM
On the right of the entrance hall, is the lovely living room. This has a bright blue sofa, several armchairs, piano, blue striped rug, and an original fireplace with a mirror above. There is also a bookcase and a bay window, with views out onto the street.
On the other side of this room, there is a second large leather sofa, as well as a television and lovely artwork hanging on the walls. There are wooden floors throughout.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is situated at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. This spacious room has a central kitchen island, a dining table and chairs to seat 4 people and an armchair in the corner. The kitchen itself has all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a large fridge/freezer, gas hob with oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and separate tumble dryer are also located a cupboard in the kitchen.

GARDEN
The kitchen leads out onto the garden, which has a sleek wood surround for privacy. There is a small lawn area and outdoor seating for relaxing in the garden.

WC
On the right of the kitchen, is the ground floor WC, with sink.

FIRST BEDROOM
Upstairs on the first floor, there is a bright bedroom. This room includes a single bed, with a second mattress underneath if needed. This bedroom can therefore sleep 2 guests. The room also comprises a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The window has views out to the garden.

MAIN BATHROOM
This monochrome-style bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, sink and WC.

MASTER BEDROOM
This spacious bedroom has two windows so is very light. There is a super-king-sized bed to sleep 2 guests, a large full-length mirror. This room also has a large walk-in wardrobe/dressing area, which leads to the en suite.

EN SUITE
The en suite is stylish in design and comprises a walk-in shower, WC and double sink, as well as a heated towel rail.

THIRD BEDROOM
Upstairs to the top floor, where there is another bedroom. This has both a single bed and a double sofa bed- so can sleep up to 3 guests. This room also has a small wardrobe and 2 windows, so is nice and light.

FOURTH BEDROOM
An attic room, with skylight, this bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, armchair, chest of drawers and flat screen television.

SECOND BATHROOM
Next to the fifth bedroom is a bathroom with WC, sink and walk-in shower. There is also a skylight.
